One fell first and the other fell harder

This has been on my PTW for a while, and I am so happy I finally got around to watching it. The plot is nothing special (unrequited love rivals to lovers), but I really loved the execution. The pacing of the story was very nice as well, it didn’t seem rushed, and it didn’t drag on. The twists were nicely placed, allowing the story to progress at a consistent pace.

Gao Shi De & Zhou Shu Yi: their dynamics are interesting. They both appear to be talented and intelligent, sporty, but also quite competitive. They come from different backgrounds, but that didn’t really play a big role in their story. I liked their dynamics, because even if Zhou Shu Yi tried to pull pranks on Gao Shi De, none of them would cause serious damage. And Gao Shi De just went with it, knowing full well who was behind them. He fell first, but Zhou Shu Yi was the one that fell harder. They say you realize what you have once you lose it, and we would see that. Their relationship developed at a nice pace. I like the fact that the two have know each other for a long time. The two actors have great chemistry and I think they are both great at portraying emotions.

I liked their friends a lot too. They might have not had that much screen time, but they really showed themselves to be supportive and understanding. They had good advice to give too. Peu Shou Yi was an interesting character. I really want to learn more about his story, there seems to be an intriguing past. And Gao Shi De’s mom is so sweet! I really liked her too.

The locations were beautiful, as was the OST. While some of the scenes take place in dark places, the screen didn’t get too dark and I was still able to see everything that was going on, which is an aspect that is often overlooked.

I do think the series was a bit short though, but it wasn’t too bothersome.

Please This is the best BL drama that I watch ...... I wanna see them more but sadly when I see the poster drama will be until season 2 ... It is not enough for me not just me but I think many viewers like me also want more ... Please 🙏🙏🙏 I beg to who directed the we best love drama series. Please make until season 4 and also please make one episode longer such as 1 hour or 30 minutes per episode cause it's not enough when less that 1 hour or 30 minutes .... Please I beg to you .... Please make until season 4 and also please make longer duration per episode if the episode will have 6 episode only but please per episode make longest .... Thank you ... One of my fav BL drama of 2021

I didn't have much participation or hope..i just watched it because i saw a edit on YouTube and looked interesting. And omg I absolutely fell in love with the casts and the story. First of all story isn't new or most interesting thing ever but I love how the story was filmed...the director did great job with that storytelling and the scenes are well taken... It wasnt boring to watch or have any scenes I have to skip... all the characters were sympathetic and doesn't have any annoying girls like other bl dramas. only problem was it was too short. Only 6eps?!?!??!! Because of that if felt little to fast to end...but still it was great to watch and the acting from both main actors doesnt awkward at all. They showed their emotions pretty well...the scenes at the bridge is my fav scene from all the bl dramas i watched. The emotions are so well displayed. I just wish it was longer so we could see more them being cute together. Currently watching season 2 but can definitely see it will be more heartbreaking and more drama compared to 1st season. Can't wait

Remarkable BL Series

Taiwan, really good give a truly formidable BL series and they , never fail deliver a good one. Powerful series, about hate/love relationship but yet so cute. Can you allow a person that you love to hate you?
You will love this new actor name YU, a truly talented with cute accent in his Mandarin as in real life, his father is Japanese. His dazzling and sexy eyes will drown you deeply in his pool, Lol. But he is really sexy, you will see what i meant once you watch it. Sadly , i felt it is too short for my taste and i wish in future, Taiwan will make BL series into an hour like Thailand. You will find this series is very bold and daring too in some scene and also cute too.

Perfection

This series is literally the best. Way better than the BL released recently. At first, I was so frustrated with the BL released recently cause none where meeting up to expections, so I got discouraged to watch this.

Now I'm glad I did. The main character's chemistry are on point. The side characters also added nice touch to the series too. Too bad the number of episodes are short. I always anticipate for each episode.

This series seemed underrated but I guess it's because many doesn't know about it yet.

This series is a perfection that should be watched by many.

Beautiful Love Story

I have really enjoyed this series. I wish it was longer. One episode to go. The acting and chemistry between the two leads is great. They are both charming. Their characters draw you in. Their differences draw you in. The connection to the past is adorable. A link made that could have been explored more (more episodes) . This would have allowed us to get to know the characters in more depth because they are deep. A stronger tension could have been developed. However, with the amount of episodes (6), there has been a great effort to express that for one of the leads who is hiding their true feelings. More tension could have been expressed on the other leads part to convey an equal relationship.

Now I know I'm not done but come on this drama. So far this is so good. It's not the most original or creative but its so good. M

The main I guess "couple" Gao Shi De and Zhou Shu Yi have the best chemistry and gurlll they so handsome, the visual are literally killing me.

I'm pretty sure based on what I've been reading there are gonna be more couples. You know actually I'm not sure, so don't take my word for and watch.

Also the side characters are serving their purpose. So far really good show and they keep leaving us with them darn cliff hangers making me wish it was already Friday. Yall should really watch this, and I'll probably review it when its done.

Plus the ost is really good.

The best drama ever

Hands down one of the best drama ever . The actors are freaking attractive and talented .
I like the plot ,the acting basically everything about this drama . I'm kinda surprised it is so underrated compared to how good this drama actually is .


Also i find YU's Chinese accent so cute. Also i find it so adorable and whipped when he speaks Japanese in between the scenes . Also Gao Shi De is such a gentleman I'm melting .

This drama is so good that i kept recommending to my friend circle. My early 2021 is saved because of this drama .....I eagerly wait for the episodes every week

Totally get the hype. It's just soo good

Despite being an old BL this one is really good. I loved the story, the plot, the cast, the acting. Literally everything about this drama was soo good. The unrequited love, the yearning everything was totally on point. I loved the clueless x cunning troupe🤭🤭 poor shu yi never got to know shi de staged the entire locked in the infirmary just so he'd get to stay with him.

Yes the drama is not perfect cz why the hell are they randomly talking in Japanese? Also what about Shi De's dad they did hint that he was told his son in gay but they stopped right there? Also what about the doc's love story? And just curious how did the 2nd couple fall in love.. well there's a season 2 so I'm hoping for answers. This is the 1st time a season 1 has left us wity questions for season 2 instead of giving us a clear happy ending. So I'll give it a 9.5.
