Good revenge-plot short show
This is a good revenge-plot short show. The storyline of a woman who gets a second chance after being murdered by her fiancé isn’t exactly new but it is interesting and exciting. Even if it is a short show, it doesn't feel rushed and there are not many plot holes or jumps in the story - like we see in many similar productions.Character wise:
FL is a sweet and a little naive actress who changes into a strong and determined woman after experiencing her own murder and gets a chance to take revenge on those responsible.
ML is a cold and calculating man who thinks he has an easy “meal-ticket” in the original weak FL.
Acting wise this is pretty good and the actors do a good job within the limited timeframe.
So, if you love a good revenge-plot story, this is well worth watching.

Stupid short web drama and bad acting. Don’t waste your time
Revenge is a short web drama with 8 minutes per episode and 20 episodes in total. It starts with Daisy Li and Peng Jian Xiong.This is a bad acting drama from the ML and the supporting cast of Chen Rui Feng and Yang Jie. The FL lead did an okay job, and she was better in Provoke than in this drama.
The most annoying is Yang Jie, who played Ji Yao; she can't act at all. The same for Peng Jian Xiong, who played the ML, Lu Ming Yu, and the second male lead, Chen Rui Feng, who played Gu Yan Jue, who cannot act either.
Overall, I give it a 3.0 rating, and don't waste your time even though it is short.

Nothing that you already haven't seen...
Another reborn revenge plot overloaded with wicked cliches ...the story revolves around FL, who is a successful actress killed by her fiance (the head of her talent management agency)...wow 🙀 so original .... Apparently this fiance is also having affair with the Vamp (FL's bestie),... both of them plan to kill the FL and inherit her money... after her death ....yeah!! And as if i didn't see it coming ... 😮😮😒😒, She reborn sometimes prior to the time of her engagement with this scrooge. Vowing to destroy this man she starts scheming meticulously and with each step she slowly brings him closer to his destruction.... I mean tell me something I don't know ... The ML who is the entertainment investor or head of a different talent management company helps her through her plans.... And yes you guessed it right ..~~~ Later they fall for each other.First the plot is already overused ...there are tons of short dramas on exact same plot secondly the poor performance by the entire cast put that last nail in the coffin. I mean even with Daisy li as the lead this drama was just horrible. There is absolutely no excitement factor about the story and events are pretty much predictable. There is hardly any chemistry in the lead, thanks to the ML being such talentless hack.

Marry My Husband Copy?
This drama has much in common with the Kdrama but not done as well I was hoping for more of a twist that would make it its own story but alas did not happen. It is not one that I would add to my rewatch list nor would I recommend it to others. I would suggest that you watch the Kdrama if you like the mystical revenge story genre.Was this review helpful to you?
