Both are fantasy BLs in which the protagonist takes on someone else's appearance. Their love interest waits for their return, hoping to make amends. Through interactions and subtle cues they slowly recognize them.

It has the same director and production, so you can really feel the similarity in how it’s made. The visuals, tone, music, long shots and overall vibe are very close, so it almost feels like it exists in the same BL universe even if the stories aren’t actually connected.
