Hurtfull

i get my membership here, so i can express my dissapointment for the ending, this is so messed up, the fight for love, ended with the same illness, really waste my time to watch 4 eps in a row, till 3.30 am. suddenly feel like a waste of time watching eps 1-34. the worst part is the end left hanging, make us guess, is it illness or just a fantasy. arghhhhhh, so frustated right now. remembering how the story ends. makes me search for explanation in the internet. and no one really knows the end. better just make zhizhi dead and qin fei can't move on, rather than makes us wonder what really happened.

Waste of time

The story started out fine but as the episodes progressed you find out that the ML issues goes much deeper and you know that at the end something terrible is going to happen. Watching the ML personality going from happy to an depressed state was hard to watch. The FL character was all over the place with her constant childish behavior was at time too much. The secondary couple and third couple was fun to watch. That being said the ending was just awful, 36 episodes and the audience got dooped at the end. The writers should have least give the audience closure by producing a body at the end.

what happened to this freaking drama

I usually never finish dramas i didn't like but this one, I liked it until it let me down.

even my rating, 5.0 were only carried by the good ost and my love for all the leads because I watched their dramas before.

honestly, this is 100% the director's/writer's fault, if they tweaked the last 2 episodes to have a proper ending this wouldn't be too bad.

Not so beautiful lie

After investing time to watch this drama you get to the end and it feels so unresolved.

Even the second leads get a good result but at the end you are left hanging in the air and confused about what happened.

Sometimes you do get a c-drama that gives you an Ending you did not expect. I understand that some script writers want to be bold but this time they have crossed the line.

it was a very beautiful start of the story

but im very disappointed with the last episodes...
actually I can't understand the last two episodes, i guess im very invested in this drama that it stresses me out because the main lead deserve better ending... yeah the story maybe a little bit realistic and and somewhat traumatic at some point but well this is just a drama that's why we expected a better ending not something like this...
I'm just gonna watch other dramas of Chen Xing Xu to heal my broken heart 😮‍💨😭
I cannotttt accept the ending fr istg

Story doesn't make sense

Beautiful and skilled actors but the story doesn't make sense. For some stupid reasons she's constantly rejecting him and almost like "playing"him, until it gets repeated so many times that it's super boring, and then suddenly she decided to accept him??? Again, for not very good reasons
The other 2couples have better stories but the main leads have zero logical scripts.
I could only endured it by telling myself that they have psychological hangups from the childhood era, and I can see why the ML actions from the point of the little chubby boy who's totally grateful for his friend. Both chubby and Cheng Xing Xu was able to transmit that same emotions but the FL 's scripts to and fro rejection and then acceptance makes zero sense

And then it dragged on like this for a long time and then the last two episodes made ZERO sense. WHO WROTE THIS RUBBISH???WHO EDITED THIS?WHO PRODUCES this level of nonsense? cdrama industry can do better than this, it's a total shame. Non Chinese people will think that Chinese girls are a bunch of losers and spoilt brats like this FL

The ending is shit

all right, don’t get me wrong. This show is a good show, but the ending is shit. It should’ve never ended the way it did and that’s the only thing I do not like about the show is the ending whoever decided to end it like that needs to define a new line of work. A story is good. The casting is good. They’re really good together, I just cannot get over that ending. It’s like the worst thing they could’ve done. it was a little long. It didn’t actually need to be 36 episodes. The story was a little slow, but other than that if you don’t mind a shit ending, then watch it, but

Not nearly as bad as some people say.

The story isn't as convoluted as people were saying.

I will say one thing, though. China has no idea how to portray mental illness. The ML has bouts of PTSD from a traumatic situation where he watched a child and his mother die and the writers are like "Oh, he has some weird hallucination thing. NO IDEA WHAT'S CAUSING IT! HERE TAKE ALL THESE PILLS AND STAY AWAY FROM THE FL FOR A BUNCH OF EPISODES TO CURE IT."

It's just convoluted and messed up that this is their take on mental health. If you can overcome that significant writing hurdle, then the show isn't all that bad. Pretty typical Chinese misunderstandings/relationship drama.

Kinda Disappointed

I was excited to watch this drama since Yuxi is the fl. Yet kinda disappointed and felt bored. Never in my life felt bored in a drama, since the leads are quite popular i thought that the drama would be really nice.

Qing Fei's character never changed, she still has this personality of being unprofessional in her job, being so straightforward that she never changed her personality she's too frank that creates a bad energy around her. Meanwhile Zhizhi is somehow a fan but after few episodes him being a fan disappears in a thin air. Like I was expecting Qin Fei finding tshirts with her face on it in ZhiZhi's Cabinets yet she never found one.

Another thing was that Qing Fei hated the man who save her years ago, yet did she just forget about it when it was ZhiZhi? Can just she stay away for a meantime and just think about it a moment?

The most hated thing in this drama is the ENDING, how can they just add a scene of him being gone and then later on Qing Fei just have a mental illness? Then they just add a scene where ZhiZhi just went back and then gone again and back again?? Like I just forced myself that he's back again since I was thinking that it was Qing Fei's hallucinations that ZhiZhi's back again.

The 2nd lead was kinda interesting, but kinda shook how the YuanZi proposed after days of being back together, like bro, calm down. Kinda felt bad to Chen Shen since Xiao Xiao just use him to forget YuanZi.

The third couple was so cute. Their relationship was so cute and never seen it as a problem.

Xixi was one of the good characters there, she's the one who make them close. How she's their matchmaker, then XI Xi and Xiao Cheng was was so cute. I imagine then being together years later since they have a great chemistry hahaha..

What happened in this drama like whatttt?

Overall this drama was going on good pace but after 20 episode the write became phsyco like what man what you did is it so easy to break up is it easy to move on from the love is it easy???
I am so pissed where ml goooo like wtf was the ending i am so confused they make a traumatic ending what happened in the last 2 episodes

it started out kind of predictable and I enjoyed the FL and ML first off but all of the off on off on between them got a bit tedious after a while. FL maintained a good acting style but the ML seemed to get faded out and by ep35 literally was gone. I enjoyed Zhan Yu Xi in South Wind Knows but the story line in this let her down. the other female lead and supporting actresses were all good as well....males were a bit wooden. The story line was quote disjointed, we never saw anything about the dance troop from when FL decided to save it from them winning the top awards???? also the annoying little brother, he added no value to any of the story lines at all. As I said the last 2 episodes seem to have just been a closeout as quickly as possible..with no story to it really other than at least 30 mins of dream sequences.

Don't waste your time

If they had allowed a resolution to the love story and return from the trauma I would have given this a better rating. This drama's ending of ambiguity was horrible. I know life isn't fair, but this ending is the most tragic unfairness I've seen in a long time. I wish I'd never invested time in watching this.

Only if you want to be heartbroken

Do you love happy endings? Then don’t watch, or don’t watch the last 4-5 episodes.

Do you love sad endings? Ok you will have quite a good time with this show.

I sobbed until I hyperventilated, nearly was sick, and can’t even feel like it was an amazing show over all. It was so great for so much, but then the pain begins. Once the pain starts, it’s so much pain. That’s it. Pain.

Some people like or adore sad stories. I’m not one of them.
