It could have been better
The drama starts out with a positive light and I got hooked at first, but after the first few episodes, I got disappointed with the storylines direction.The drama was supposed to be based on the FL lead's revenge journey towards her family but it was not a satisfactory in my opinion.
The payback was a little too lenient for my taste, I expected more due to the fact that her mother, sister and husbands family were all mean to her and took advantage of her gentle personality.
After she was given a second chance her character didn't seem fired up to bring down the people who had wronged her in her previous life.
The paintings were nice and looked realistic, the ML's mother was nice but I didn't like the ML's wardrobe, his clothes were very baggy and made him look funny.
The accident that happened between the ML and his brother was not fully explored, his trauma was not covered in an understanding way.
The ending seemed a bit rushed but the leads looked adorable.

Consent Issues & Manhandling
I am so sick of the aggressive male trope in c- and k-dramas! It’s not cute when a man grabs a woman by the wrist against her will and won’t let her go as she struggles. It’s especially not cute when the woman suffers pain and bruises as a result. The most disturbing is when there are consent issues when it comes to kissing or sex. Do the writers/directors think so low of the ML that they can’t get the FL to be physical with them without ignoring whether she consents? When the MLs are almost always portrayed as God’s gift to women, this doesn’t make sense.***SPOILERS AHEAD***
I would have loved this show if not for the above.
At one point, the ML grabs the FL by the wrist and won’t let her go. She is visibly scared and is rubbing her wrist afterward from pain. They don’t show it on screen, but she is probably bruised. This is not healthy behavior for a man in love.
What was even more upsetting is their sexual exchange. She is heartbroken and he offers to comfort her through sex, which she agrees to. But in the process, she just needs a moment to be ready.
FL: “Hold on. I can’t breathe.”
ML: Shakes head. “I can’t hold back anymore.”
WTH!!! She’s saying she can’t breath and he pins her down so she can’t get away. He couldn’t give her a *(*(&(*&(*& minute to just catch her breath? In real life, she would most likely pass out.
He’s supposed to be her lover and partner, but he is too aggressive. It ruined the whole show for me.

this show is a BANGERRRRRR
an I really needed something like this. I've been watching Mid drama for some weeks wishing to find something good and this show was exactly what I needed.plot: our main protagonist is the adopted daughter of a wealthy family and has always been treated like shit by her family. she endured all the hardships but that's never enough. due to circumstances our girl gets into a case accident and dies....
wishing to get a second chance at life she goes back in time to exactly a year before and swear to get revenge against the ones who made her life miserable..
and then our drama really kicks in.
I'm not lying when I say that every single episode is thrilling and leaves you holding your breath. there are absolutely no filler episodes until the very end which is something not to take for granted.
the main female lead is amazing. a very passionate performance. the other actors were also good. the "evil" sister is so good you want to punch her in the face😅.
the only criticism I have is that the male lead felt a bit flat. performance wise and even script wise.
the step mother was also cartoonishly evil, over the top but it still works to keep you entertained.
at the end everybody get what they deserve, good or bad.
would I recommend it? a million time yes especially if you, like me, have a very bad luck finding good dramas.

I feel like I got tricked into watching this
Honestly I never write reviews, maybe I'm in a bad mood cos my first ever review being as negative as this one is, feels kinda sad lmao. Well rest assured, it isn't gonna be a long one either.I'm someone who is able to enjoy the most cliche, cringe, cheese fests, as long as the execution makes it worth it. But man, it has been a while since I watched a drama with such lackluster production. The dialogues feel stiff, the acting is insanely static (it's like they're reading the webtoon lines one by one), the scene direction and cinematography genuinely suck. The music/ost cut in and out at the most random moments it's honestly kinda jarring. It has been a while since a drama was able to bore me like this, so at least props for that.
The revenge plot isn't new at all, I've read a fair share of revenge manhwa of all kinds. Due to that, I was able to guess where the entire story was going just from reading the synopsis. The thing is, I knew what I was in for, I just wished it would at least be an enjoyable predictable watch. No matter how predictable a series is, as long as the production is kinda good I will be seated. This however, was just a waste of time. I really do feel like I was tricked into watching this by the raving reviews considered "helpful". I'm used to shows like this being a bit more polarizing... Oh well, lesson learned.

1. The drama is really good and i understood the hype of it when it was ongoing.
2. All the characters were perfect for their role. I've known sunghoon for while now but haven't seen his series yet until now and i will say it was worth it.
3. My little problem was that i expected a more intense revenge like that of 'The Glory' but the revenge here wasn't like revenge but a karma rather. The ending for all the villians were okay but not okay.
Thus, i will rewatch perfect marriage revenge but in 10 years time.
Also, i think the FL had her revenge so easy. She had a lot of people on her side when she did nothing. Anyway, GOOD JOB.

A second chance
It was a story about the girl who always ill treated by her family. One day limit had exceeded when she came to know her husband was cheating her and she can't handled this . And then she met an accident ,that accident gave her second chance to ae the think correct but she never understand the date which had been mentioned on her hand . Even I had also not understand what that mean . Once again she met an accident that vanish the date from her hand and she thought that the date had disappeared so might be everything would be all aright.Everything was nice in drama ,except I didn't get the logic of date.
Actors were good.

GO FOR IT
I had very low expectations about this drama. Looked like a typical Chinese drama from the posters. But it turned out to be so good. I regret not watching this sooner. The chemistry is good. And the main male lead is a green forest. There is no lagging of the story. It showed a proper view of each character. The ending was good since it gave a closure to all the characters . Don't think too much, go give it a watch. To be honest , it's not a masterpiece. But in my opinion, its definitely worth a watch.Was this review helpful to you?

GREEN FLAG MALE LEAD
Overall, I’d rate this drama a 7/10. What I really liked was the male lead, he’s a total green flag and definitely husband material. However, the female lead felt lacking in expression and got sulky over small things. The storyline was very predictable, I already figured out from the beginning that the male lead would also travel back in time. All the characters were easy to predict as well. Actual Perfect Revenge
This show (with ots release date of a dew years ago) seems to be what all the vertical dramas and reborn storylines try to be.The plot of this story isnt only well doen its believable. I can beleive the change in characters I can understand why each character did what they did, what motivated them to do good or to do bad. The progression of the story was also very tasteful, the twists and turns were sometimes expected sometimes unexpected which kwpt me very entertained and intrigued.
The acting of this drama in my opinion was so well done too. The main actors and supporting roles really did a good job. I could understand the monute favial expression amd see the gears turning when they made a discovery or when they were planning something. All in a very tastefull and not overt way. The main leads were beautiful in their role. And the villans served all their dofferwnt purposes and their main one (making me hate them 😒)

much better than expected. I recommend a watch
I have read marry my husband and the manhwa for this show. The manhwa is just a cheap copy of marry my husband but I must say that the drama did 10times better.The story was not something out of the ordinary just a general plot with some not so strong villains. tbh I did not really see a villain hear and I was more curious about Yoo Ra then the main leads.
Acting and casting was amazing but I could not help but think of the fl as a damsel in distress and someone who needs protection. I could not see her as a brave and fierce fl as I has hoped.
personal thoughts aside I should say it did a great job as in drama works it is rare to see a second chance drama. The plot held out nicely and the ost was great. The plot full of unexpected twistes and turns.
and most importantly a happy ending
In the end I recommend a watch

The sizzling chemistry between the leads is cherry on cake
No Spoilers:A broken girl meets a savior with a sad past and together they decide to take on all those who have scarred them. The highlight of the show was the chemistry between the leads.
Jung Yoo Min is made for main lead roles and she proved it in the show, while Sung Hoon charming as ever too did well.
Each and every character played their roles so well, you do end up loathing and loving them.
I was sceptical at first as the webtoon had quite many chapters and whether they will be able to get the entire story arc done in 12 eps and not rush it but they certainly hit the bullseye.

A good drama to watch after a slump
I don't usually write reviews for the dramas that I watch but I feel like I should write one for this one.From the very first episode I was hooked. It was enjoyable and interesting. It has some aspects as like a "cinderella story retelling", except with a few more changes which are definitely more interesting than an actual retelling.
The music for the drama was picked out quite well and it fit the scenes perfectly.
The cast did an amazing job!!! Even the actors that played the villains did an incredible job based off of how much I despised them.
The main plot line was revenge, but I feel like the story slowly morphed into something even more, something quite healing for the main leads.
Overall, this is a very good drama to watch, especially if you're someone like me who has been in a drama slump for a good year or two.
