In Your Radiant Season

For me, IYRS is the best choice for anyone who feels empty or lost at some point in life. I rarely watch Korean dramas anymore. In fact, the last time I seriously followed a Korean drama was around the 2016 era. Since then, I have been busy with many things in my life, especially my academic journey. Because of that, watching dramas was no longer part of my daily routine.

However, IYRS became an exception for me. At first, I started watching this drama simply to accompany my master’s journey. Graduate school can be very exhausting, both mentally and emotionally. There are many moments when I feel overwhelmed by assignments, research, and the pressure to keep moving forward. I thought watching a drama would just be a small escape from all of those responsibilities.

But unexpectedly, IYRS gave me more than just entertainment. The story, the characters, and the emotions in the drama felt very relatable. Sometimes it made me reflect on my own life, my struggles, and my personal growth during this phase of my academic journey. Instead of just being a distraction, the drama became something meaningful that I looked forward to after long and tiring days.

What I like the most about IYRS is how it portrays emotions in a very sincere and realistic way. It reminds viewers that feeling empty, confused, or tired is part of being human. Through its story, it also quietly gives hope that things will eventually get better.

That is why I truly don’t regret choosing IYRS as my best drama choice. For me, it is not just another Korean drama, but also a small companion during one of the most challenging and memorable periods of my life.
