Both are BL dramas whereby the main character and his love interest initially do not have a properly defined relationship. They have a sort of friend with benefit situation under the guise of the love interest 'helping out' the main character. My Stubborn is a Thai BL drama and Secret Lover is a Taiwanese BL drama.
grew up together like brothers. 5years between them. The younger one of the main couple confesses first. The older person can't handle it but realises soon after that he doesn't want to lose him. Unknown is mostly set in a home environment, despite them working at the same company. My stubborn is mostly set in the company they both work at.
