Fantabulously fantastic Zomcom series. A must watch one.
Amazing Zomcom series. Top-notch performance by lead actors Kim Jisoo and Park Jeongmin. My favourite character is Youngjoo played by Kim jisoo..That character is super funny, innocent and humble. she nailed that role by her Subtle acting, her expressions and excellent dialogue delivery.. And also Park Jeongmin. He is a great actor..His character is super funny and hilarious.. Overall excellent series..eagerly waitingggggggg for the new episodes. Curiously want to know what will happen next? So don't miss it guys.. ignore haters.They are jealous of kim jisoo and Park Jeongmin. Go and watch it and enjoy.. Thanks for bringing back the fun in dramas
It was so much fun and interesting. I can't wait for episode 3. The acting is great, the characters are not boring and everyone is very funny. And I also really like the zombie makeup, it looks very natural, the makeup artists are great. The plot itself also makes you admire, because it is even difficult to guess what will happen next. The trailer showed almost all the moments from episodes 1 and 2, then you can only imagine how and where the plot will turnWas this review helpful to you?
A breath of fresh air
Newtopia is a comedy, and honestly, it's a refreshing take on the zombie genre. Most zombie dramas tend to be heavy, packed with gruesome action and intense moments. But Newtopia brings a lighter, comedic twist that makes even the blood, intestines, and brains feel less shocking—thanks to the brilliant mix of humor, well-timed background music, and the cast's performances.Every actor plays their part perfectly, adding to the show's charm. I’m excited to see what the upcoming episodes have in store!

Worth to watch
I don't know why people are commenting so bad under comments section. As a kdrama fan, I literally obsessed with this drama bcz episode 2 is the reason. You should watch before judging this by people's comments. I can see they're trying to destroy Jisoo image. Please you guys enjoy her actress era. She is good. She can act . I'm a kdrama fan not a K-pop fan. I know Jisoo from snowdrop, I can see she improved.. her screaming scenes is the Proof. Even you guys started hating her only 2 episodes aired. Worth to watch
Episode 2, I'm in love with you. Rewatching it. Obsessed already. Jisoo and jeongmin chemistry will be gorgeous. They're so funny, specifically the jisoo scene. How she screaming it's so real. Jisoo the actress you're. You're going to be the top actress I can see this. About haters, I don't know are they blind? They can't see the improvement of jisoo acting. What they want actually. As a Kdrama fan, I'll say just wait for the plot bcz we only see two episodes of this drama. Second episode made me obsessed. Bcz it's so hilarious 😂. Every scene of jisoo is funny. A very great comedy and thrilling zombie drama
I am so excited for the upcoming episodes of Newtopia. I was enjoying it to the fullest and the comic elements makes it more better. The gory scenes were so real and made me uncomfortable sometimes but it was meant to be like that. The actors are pretty amazing and I really loved the chief arron park lol, he is so funny. As for Park Jeong Min, I love seeing him doing comedy, the first dream scene of him is hilarious. Meanwhile Jisoo, ummmm, like she is an idol so her idol image comes to my mind whenever I see her but this time? Nope!!! She was living the character, she feels like Young Joo instead of Kim Jisoo the idol. I am seated for her acting and also AMORTAGE 😉Was this review helpful to you?
It's really a must watch Series
This series is really unique compared with my past drama list. Newtopia is comedy romance thriller in one series. Two main lead Jaeyoon and yeongjoo chemistry is also amazing even though they didn't met in person they are keeping talking on their phones. It's really sad and lovely feel the pain of Long distance relationship. Jaeyoon and his fellow soldier duo make me crazy. They are so unserious and chaotic their chemistry is another level. Yeongjoo senior jeongwoo is really annoying and he pmo. Alex and yeongjoo chemistry is so cute. Is she fangirling. Can't wait for upcoming episodes. Strong female lead, humorous yet smart male lead
Coupangplay marketed it as "Jisoo becomes a warrior and rescues her boyfriend". Also advertised as zombie romcom, obviously it won't be fully gore and melodramatic like Train to Busan. Jungmin said it's a fairytale disguised as zombie series, he mentioned Warm Bodies,and not a typical zombie thriller.*This is not like Happiness, the zombies are already around them. Jaeyoon is stucked without phone and unable to move anywhere else.
Both characters will grow with each scenes, not just for their survival, they wanted to make sure the other one survives too, that's the romance part; Youngjoo is not dumb to go to him as his place is the safest one in Gangnam and their connection is strong due to the years spent together.
If you're looking for a twist in genres then give this a watch, perhaps wait for the whole thing to drop but you'll miss the discussion and thrill of waiting game.
**please stop hating on people's hardwork, if you don't like it go watch other shows. It's not only the actors project but it's also the crews. Let the drama fully air first.
