Snooze Fest
After all of the successful series, the longevity and talent of OffGun is wasted in this series. This series is a snooze fest but I still finished the entire series because I'm a huge sucker for OffGun.The plot itself was very lighthearted, simple, easy to follow but that's what made the series boring. The idea of an intern falling in love with his mentor was good and can be great but it wasn't fleshed out as much as I initially imagined. All of the characters are shallow and it seemed like the writing department didn't go in depth when they created those characters. The supporting characters, albeit acted very well, doesn't seem to be important and their plot could be easily skipped. Characters like Tae and Ba-Mhee don't have chemistry, Pah could be omitted, and Pie seemed insignificant to the story and was just there to add content. Off's character could have had more depth. Gun's character seemed lacking as well. The music was actually fun and it compliments every scene they were trying to convey. There are a few comedic moments but it's not enough. While this series is well-produced, it doesn't have a rewatch value.
Overall, the series has good music, quality production, very good lighting, and very good acting. The plot is boring and the characters are shallow but perhaps it's because this was meant to be a lighthearted series. While OffGun's chemistry is solid, I lost the usual excitement and giddiness that I usually feel when watching OffGun and that's because the plot was simple. This series honestly feels like a filler series just to have a project. We've seen what OffGun can do with their talent and this is a waste of opportunity. OffGun has delivered time and time, they carried this series and they've been delivering good series ever since, let's not waste their talent. I hope they don't give them another unfleshed and not fully realized project like this again.

A Great Buildup to Disappointment
I don’t usually write reviews but I’m super conflicted because this was a great series. Acting, humour, effects, soundtrack were all good but the story/plot really threw me off towards the end and I’m just disappointed and dissatisfied. I’m disappointed in the Judy/Tae x Ba Mhee storyline and I’m also disappointed in the cop-out there was in Jane x Ryan’s storyline.I think series developers need to know that you can just let couples be together without doing the ‘long distance/one partner leaves or cheats’ trope. I just can’t stress enough how dissatisfied I am by the plot choices! I feel like the last few episodes completely erased all the character development and buildup we saw in the first 9 episodes. It kind of just left me with the feeling of: “so then what was the point of any of it?”
Initially I was going to give the series an 8.5, but the last few episodes ruined it. I feel bad giving the series a lesser rating considering OffGun were spectacular and got me really invested in JaneRyan before things were ruined, I was really invested in JudyBaMhee and their actresses did an amazing job, and the series made me laugh so many times. However, I just don’t think I would ever watch the series again to avoid future disappointment. The majority of the series was good, but I think the letdown at the end wasn’t worth it.

Not unpleasant to watch but not unforgettable
The series depicts office life rather well. It lacks depth, but it's realistic enough. We follow the interns through everything that can happen to them, whether professional or personal. It's not ultra-captivating, but it works. As for the love story between Ryan and Jane, it takes a bit of a back seat. It's a shame, because it's hard to understand how they come to love each other.
A major problem with this series is the character of Ryan, who is absolutely unlovable: whiny, childish but above all incompetent, which is problematic for a series set in the corporate world. It's hard to understand what Jane sees in him.
As for Jane, the series takes too long to develop his character.
In short: a fairly decent series, but likely to be quickly forgotten.

So... I liked it?
I'm gonna try and sum up my opinion in as few words as possible, but as all my reviews go, this'll be a yap sesh.SO I really liked the beginning, the music is like the cutest thing ever, idk, every time music started playing I got so happy, the OST was good, I liked the visuals, most of the cast, I liked the story.
HOWEVER as most people say, the ending felt VERY rushed, unfortunately, I feel as though they could have maybe added an episode or two to kinda make it better? I always have a hard time with such big time skips, yk? And the fact that JaneRyan didn't contact at all during those 5 years was completely out of character for honestly both of them, Ik Jane said that it was cause if he did contact Ryan he'd immediately wanna come back, but honestly I didn't like the reasoning bcz I didnt like the problem. OH WELL I honestly didn't have as big of an issue with that as I did with the second couple.
The second couple... I love Sea, I just watched Last Twilight, I didn't even realize he was in this until I started it and he appeared and I was like "Oh! Sea! Oh... Sea playing a straight man?" Lol, Not that I have an issue with that, I think he ate the role up as a straight man, It was good, HOWEVER the issue I had with the second couple is that they were SO BORING they reminded me of that high school couple who is so cringe its not even cute, like they're so cringe AND TOXIC that it makes you never want to be in a relationship? Like any joy I got from JaneRyan was immediately put down by couple #2, honestly after she cheated I just started fast forwarding all their scenes because I just have such a difficult time watching the cheating trope, because ok
1. Ew cheaters
and 2. Wdym they got back together?????
Their relationship was toxic before she cheated and low-key got worse after they got back together. Like she literally said in the last episode how much they fight, and she just didn't get with (I think her name was June) Because what... because she took care of her and knew her and loved her? Like this isn't me saying that all relationships in BL or GL shows should be queer and there can't be any straight couples in an LGBTQ+ show, No. What I'm saying is that the Lesbians had a lot more chemistry and a lot healthier relationship than the straight couple that ended up being together, and that's just the gosh darn truth. Honestly I don't think that girl should've ended up with anyone bcz I just cant stand cheating, but also her bf was completely neglecting her, so YES they did NEED to break up, she should've broken up with him in a better way then cheating on him tho OFC, but it just makes me mad that they GOT BACK TOGETHER??? LIKE I CHEERED WHEN THEY BROKE UP BECAUSE YES GET OUT BOTH OF YALL YOU ARE NOT GOOD FOR EACH OTHER! Idk if I watched it wrong or maybe because I watched all their scenes in 2x speed bcz I legit could not, but like I couldn't stand that they got back together! I saw someone comment somewhere that they enjoyed that the characters in this show had flaws and made mistakes and had growth from that and I completely agree, but sometimes couples don't need to get back together when they do bad things to each other, and that's ok, because THAT IS GROWTH!
Look at me giving relationship advice... wow
I am single.
ANYWAYS! I did have another slight issue
Low-key the cheating couple was just the blatant big ol issue I had and anything else I mention is minor compared to it. BUT!
Where is the JaneRyan Screen time? I'm not saying I need to see em smooching and all that jazz 24/7, I'm content with the amount of smooching they did, BUT HELLO? They're the main couple and they got like idk not that much 1 on 1 time it felt like tbh, like I don't really feel like there was a lot of just THEM, but also there was, idk if this makes sense, however, OffGun did an amazing job with the script they were given, and they pulled it off great! Even though I don't think any show will ever compare to my Roman Empire; Not Me. I still think that they did an amazing job in this, I think I really liked the characters they played, they portray emotions rlly well, I just have so much love in my heart for OffGun and all their projects I've seen (I'm about to watch Cooking Crush, and if it sucks I'ma cry because I have not heard good things about it either) all I'm saying is that OffGun put their blood sweat and tears (BTS) into all their projects and no matter how bum ahh the story, plot, script, or anything might be, they pull it off, because I just know very few BL couples would've been able to make this show watchable for me like how OffGun did (I also wished they both talked about themselves a bit more and like we got to see them get to know each other, not just things about your job or future, but like personal family things, like I wouldve liked to have seen Jane meeting Ryans family and friend officially as boyfriend, but its ok!)
Anyways, Moral of the story, this show is pretty good, I binged it in like 2 days, no the ending isn't my favorite but its not the worst thing ever, most of the characters are loveable, OffGun did an amazing job as always, and the music was my fav, I also loved the lil error sound put in randomly HAHAHAHAHHAH
Something that I did really like about this is how realistic it is for the age that the interns are, like especially Ryan just absolutely knowing nothing about anything he wants to do for his future, anything he likes, or is good at, like that is so relatable for that time of life, and I know I've went through that and I'm around his age in the show and I'm still going through that process of deciding my entire future, I think that might also be why I'm not rating it lower, because it is like truth, like I think this show is pretty realistic in the life of interns (I've never been one) And like that age group specifically, I think that all the characters are believable as people in real life, like I can probably see each of these characters being someone I know irl and I think they did a pretty good job with the realism of that, because yeah there's gonna be that cringe, toxic, cheating couple despite how much I cant stand them, I related to Ryan on such a personal level it kinda hurt (Lowkey all I need now is a hot older man to come and marry me) I think I'll forever give an OK show a higher rating if the characters are relatable. They did that really well!
Ok, as you can see I did not succeed in keeping my opinion short. That's it for my ted talk, please return next time I watch a show and write an essay!

???
I thought offgun were supposed to be the leads but we hardly saw them together 😭the story was okay but I didn’t really enjoy it, it has potential but in my opinion it didn’t reach that potential
not a massive fan of the whole cheating plot thing however I do think that Judy and bahmee looked good together (idk if I spelled the names right)
I wish we could have seen more of JaneRyan and seen more of the time skip and what happened during it
I also feel like Jane’s story could’ve been portrayed a lot better than it was

Journey of Trainees
If people are coming here for BL, then I would like to inform you that it's main plot is not romance. This drama is more about life of Trainees, what kind of problem they face and how they deal with problems and people. Ofcourse, we have some romance, but it is more like a side plot.I personally liked the earlier episodes. Each trainee character has his/her own story. But after Bahmee's controversy, the series really became slow. There wasn't much to see in the story of Ryan and Jane, but I really liked their mentor and mentee relationship. They just dragged their story to the last episode.I forced myself to watch last two episodes.
Overall, it was one time watch light-hearted series. If you are not here for offgun then you can go for it. And if you are here for offgun then you can go for it on your own responsibility.

Trained the hell outta us
Okay. I will say it first. There is almost zero BL romance component for the main leads. But it is a BL because it has BL-sih components. Does that make sense? No? Same here. This series is hella good but a lot of the things do not make sense either. The positive sides
1. Hella good editing
2. Extremely well executed humour
3. Beautiful colour grading
4. Realistic protrayal of a media agency (almost) and professional tips
5. Great cast
6. Dialogues
What I did not like,
1. Plot point 1 - What in the world was that GL part? That was unnecessary
2. Plot point 2 - You are telling me that one main lead just effed off for 5 years without contact and then comes back and so quickly accepted?
Nah man, did not work out for me.
Other than that it is a really fun watch. I found myself going back to my own early working days, making mistakes, getting scolded, learning a lot. The highlight of the show is of course Gun Atthaphan and Poon Mitpakdee.
I will possibly do a rewatch this just for the laugh and the bits and pieces of professional tips .
This was a nice experience for me.

A Fun Watch
Ensemble cast is usually a difficult undertaking. There's a high risk of not finding balance and the characters not getting enough growth. And by the end, this series was no different.Generally, the story is nice. A group of interns with varying issues navigate their internship experience and discovering new versions of themselves. There is an arc for each of them, and it's nice to see growth. The overall atmosphere is light and poignant at times, with the cast chemistry a good blend.
However, the the story tried so hard but it lacked the support to justify it's landing. There's a lot of little stories that are great but the resolution leaves too much to be desired and the execution fell flat. I won't elaborate as many more reviews have said their piece far batter, but it's just sad to have all that build up just for the building to wobble at the end.
Praise the cast though! They really did do well with the story, and the overall production sets a nice tone. I just wish the script lived up to the potential it initially showed.

The future of interns
This is a story about an intern's internship. This reminds me that when I was an intern, I just left the society without goals, didn't know what to do, and the internship was unfamiliar. I couldn't do many things and my tutor didn't teach me. It's actually a good thing that Ryan met a strict tutor, and he can learn something that the school can't teach. With the current plot, it is very beautiful, suitable for life, and the color is particularly comfortable. Looking forward to the next plot. The actors' acting skills are also in place. Was this review helpful to you?

Not for Me
I watched three agonizing episodes, and I can no longer do it. Mind you, it took me four tries to get through episode 3 cause each time I kept falling asleep. Something about this felt completely off, and after skimming through a couple of reviews and comments, I've come to the conclusion that this isn't really a BL, and that was honestly all I needed to know.Let's Dive In.
Can't believe that I'm even dropping an OffGun series, cause I will quite literally (or use to think at least) that I would watch any BL series with them in it, but I don't think I can do this. Already starting off in episode one, it was extremely slow-paced and just down-right boring. The build up of the characters felt entirely too dragged out, and I kept feeling like something was off, but I couldn't quite put it. Then I watched two more episodes and it was agonizing. I couldn't even try to continue watching this even if I didn't come to realize it's not (really) BL, cause the sneak peek of episode 4 looked extremely dull. I'm glad I'm going to end this here, because there's nothing pulling me to continue watching, and I mean nothing.
I've said in the past that I don't like side-BLs cause if they're not the majority of the storyline then I'm usually bored, and that's exactly what this is. The GL seemed promising, but not enough to keep watching. I liked Poon and Sea in this, and then of course there were my babies OffGun. But this is where my journey ends with them. Oh well, until Burnout Syndrome I guess.
Ratings:
Story: 4.5/10: I liked all the little definitions of film lingo at the bottom of the screen. The story was extremely tedious and agitating to get through. OffGun couldn't even save this for me.
Acting: 8/10 - Fine. Nothing bad, nothing overly amazing.
Music: 5/10 - didn't pay it any attention.
Recommendation Value: 2/10: Not (really) BL, but OffGun, so watch for them if you really want to.

A good ensemble show
HR violations left and right yet so enjoyablei really REALLY enjoyed this show from the beginning till episode 9 or something
a really well developed show with almost all of its characters having a proper character arc and growth
many people were disappointed with the show not being focused on the pair but i liked the way this show was. its more of an ensemble cast show rather than a bl
the team has taken a lot of care to show this story. the sets felt real, the characters had depth and continuity
one of the flaws in the writing was the whole judy-bamhee plot, it felt like someone who hated judy got into the writers room. the tae-bamhee ending was also a bit meh, they would have been better off as friends.
they should have also tried to add the jane & ryan stories consistently in all the episodes cause during the whole judy-bamhee-tae episodes there was barely anything about them and in the last few episodes we had a lot of new things pushed in
otherwise this was a good show with many well executed themes of finding yourself, working, being an adult, making mistakes in the workplace, finding your worth, women in the workplace, self-esteem, communication etc etc
i wish gmmtv makes more series like this with this effort instead of cheap remakes
