A solid 8 out of 10
“Wandee Goodday” is a charming Thai BL drama that beautifully blends lighthearted comedy, genuine emotion, and heartfelt romance into a delightful viewing experience. It doesn’t try to be overly dramatic or groundbreaking, but its simplicity and sincerity are what make it shine. The production quality is solid, with scenic cinematography that captures Thailand’s charm and excellent music that complements the story’s tone. The pacing, while a bit slow at times, allows for meaningful character interactions that deepen the connection with the audience.
That said, it was undeniably frustrating that Wandee took so long to decide to be with Yoryak. His hesitation, though understandable to some extent, dragged on just enough to test the patience of viewers rooting for the pair. And let’s talk about Ter—this motherf***er was maddening! First, he rejects Wandee outright, breaking his heart, and then, just as Wandee is about to move on with his life, Ter suddenly decides he wants him back. His selfishness and lack of consideration for Wandee’s feelings added drama, sure, but it was hard not to feel a bit enraged at his audacity.
On a brighter note, Cher and Oye were the absolute dream couple! Their relationship was so beautifully balanced and supportive that it became a highlight of the series. Their moments together exuded love and partnership, making them fan favorites. It’s just a shame that the producer didn’t give us a better wedding scene for them. For a series that delivered so much heart, the wedding deserved to be a grander, more memorable moment to celebrate the culmination of their journey.
“Wandee Goodday” isn’t just about romance; it’s also about self-discovery, acceptance, and the beauty of ordinary moments. It’s an 8/10 for me because while it doesn’t break new ground in the BL genre, it delivers a warm and satisfying story that’s perfect for fans looking for a feel-good drama with heart. Highly recommended for those who appreciate a touch of humor, genuine connection, and lovable characters—flaws and all!

Not what I expected at all in the best way possible!
I don't even know where to start. I'm here after the third episode and so far I have nothing but good things to say about this show.First and most important thing, THE CHEMISTRY. oh my god, Great and Inn are doing an excellent job with the acting and the tension between them. They're doing it in a way that seems effortlessly charming. (If Dee doesn't fall for Yor by the end i sure will. I already have at this point.)
The story is quite classic and cliche but so far they're doing an amazing job with playing it out and I'm so excited to watch it unfold. I'm just hoping so bad they don't mess it up along the way.
I don't think I've said it enough but Dee and Yor are so freakin cute together omg. Also it's comic in a sort of cringey but in a good, and genuinely funny way.

I love shows like this!
I’ve been trying to find a feel good sweet lovestory with just enough drama and this is perfect for me! it has great casting, good acting and such a sweet and interesting story.I’ll admit that it’s not a ‘crazy’ story with major plot twists and stuff like that, but personally I don’t really like too much drama cuz it gives me anxiety haha~ so this is actually perfect. I love the chemistry between the main couple, but what shocked me most was how good of a chemistry Oyie and Cher had (I’m usually a sucker for the side couples as long as it’s not a ‘forced’ relationship, so you can imagine I loved them).
all in all I’d say if you enjoy a good story with a lot of sweet talk and good vibes I recommend you watch this. I don’t usually leave a detailed review so just know I’m serious😆they are so cute!

turn off your brain so you can enjoy it
I smiled and laugh a lot watching this, really enjoyed! I loved! But it is kinda not so good though, I don't want say it's bad but it's kinda yk. I felt really nice like I needed to watch something like this just enjoy some cliche and stupid content. Watched all episodes in two days so what I have to say first is: as much as I loved and enjoyed each episode this show is not very good or very well done, There are some flaws that cannot be ignored so to me 7.5/10 it's an ok note, some people make this seems worse than it is.What I loved the most:
- very fun to watch when you need relax and not think about anything
- actors in they 30 years old, love it.
- main couple has good chemistry and funny dinamic
- we have one assexual character!! (despite not having been worked on)
- our boy Yak is a bisexual!
- cute and ridiculous at the same time
- cringe but not the kind that makes you wanna die
- HPV vaccine awareness campaign!!!!!!!
What I didn't like:
- that bizarre parallel edit of the nsfw scene of the second couple mixed with the main couple (ep 6 or 7) what the hell was that? WEIRD!
- Wandee didn't had a trauma development. He was afraid of cross the street, seeing some memories of a woman being hit (?) by a car, we saw theses scenes few times then nobody talks about that. Wandee didn't talked about that, so what's the reason for that???
- A character that nobody cares about is suddenly a bad guy just to slow down Yak, there was no need for Taem to be harassed.
- Bad direction and edition, some characters seems to be off idk
- Didn't talked well enough about assexuality and made seems that it's about don't like sex.
- Dr. Ter. Just hate everything about him, that dude was lacking and was poorly written character
Despite everything I had a great time and would recommend it. I'm in love with Yoryak.

Really entertaining despite the seemingly ridiculous plot
What seemed like a trashy show turned out to be exceptionally enjoyable. After the first few episodes, the story starts to get a little (…actually extremely) messy. The lines between friendship, FWBs and lovers start getting horrendously blurred.
We could have foreseen all the problems from a mile away – but despite this, the show is actually really entertaining and the male leads have an irresistibly cute relationship.
Everyone around them can tell that Wandee and Yoryak are both whipped for each other, but they refuse to be honest with themselves. Great and Inn’s chemistry made all the difference in what would have otherwise been a trashy, B-grade flick.
Wandee Goodday is enjoyable not because of a compelling storyline or superb acting. It’s the chemistry of Great and Inn that carries the entire series across 12 episodes.

Tldr; I like it. ❤️
First, it has a very good start! The first episodes are really captivating. What I like:- ofc, the chemistry between the characters
- the sexuality of the characters is clear from the start 🤣
- the established second pair. Oh my, I really love YeiCher relationship so much.
- finally there is an asexual character in GMM (after the asexual character in Cherry Magic was removed) 😭🙏
- discussing about safe sex even if the story is about FWB (including about vaccines)
- Yoryak didn't magically get rid of his trauma, but because he also went to a psychiatrist for therapy.
- discussing marriage equality
Overall I enjoyed the series, only the late episodes started to drag and was boring for me (I skip so many scenes). But it closed with a very beautiful ending, so okay. ❤️
GreatInn is an official cp in GMM now, I'll wait for another series from them then. ❤️

Pretty generic story but great acting and visuals
This is a drama to enjoy while having meals. The plot is very generic however it is well executed with good acting and visuals. The actors portrayed their characters well but it was never over the top as it happens with such plots. I loved the cinematography and the color grading. Loved to see the yellow and purple theme. What surprised me the most is to see an asexual character which is very rare even in Queer series. As an Ace I felt included. The plot went smooth. It wasn't too exciting except the character development of the male leads however I am glad to see they didn't include unnecessary . The second couple didn't catch my attention much however the brotherly bond was so well executed.
Great and Inn, as their first series together did amazing. Their chemistry truly carried the show. Also Ploypach as Taem was a great choice. She was my fav character. Drake as Kao was the perfect fit. They all did amazing with their acting.
Lastly thanks for including HPV vaccination awareness. It's such a great move. I might rewatch this for fun sometime.

Fun and Entertaining Nonsense!
Just done watching and honestly have mixed feelings. I was expecting a toxic, fake boyfriend/friends-with-benefits kind of drama when I first saw the synopsis, but wow, Wandee Goodday really surprised me. It turned out to be a green flag romcom! I probably wouldn’t have watched it if it didn’t have the asexual character tag, but I’m glad I stuck around. Sure, there were a lot of cringy moments, but the chemistry between the two leads was on point, and the actors nailed their roles.Let’s start with Yoryak—he was the true green flag here. I loved him! He was such a solid character. But the moment in the last episode where he won the fight in the ring and said it was for Wandee? Like, dude, your brother sacrificed so much for you and you’re giving this credit to a fake boyfriend ? I mean, whatever, Yoryak was still lovable overall.
As for Wandee… honestly, I don’t have much to say. He was fine? Maybe? But, like, I didn’t really care too much about him. I’ll give credit where it’s due—he’s handsome, no doubt.
Now, the second couple, Oyei and Cher. Honestly, I enjoyed them more than the main leads! They were a vibe. I swear, they were like an old married couple already. Cher was definitely my favorite character—he didn’t have a ton of screen time, but his presence was so strong that I found myself eagerly waiting for his scenes. The facial expressions! And every time they bickered or flirted, it was like watching two people who’ve been together for years. I think they were the main reason I kept watching. And was really happy when they got married at the end!
Plakao, though—I started watching for him, so it’d be bad if I didn’t like him, right? I liked him a lot, but I really think they should have explored his relationship with Title more instead of dragging out unnecessary, boring storylines. He was kind of just there to be a supportive friend for ML.
The asexual character dating storyline? YES. That was so good to see, but I was kind of disappointed that Title only showed up in the last two episodes. Honestly, I’d watch a whole show just about them.
Taem—yeah, she was fine too. I liked her even though her purpose seemed to be just to make the main lead jealous and help him realize his feelings. She was pretty and sweet.
Now, Ter? No. Just no. He rejected Wandee, then went to Dr. Khwan, and when she was still thinking about him, he went back to Wandee? The audacity! Like, what did he think, that she’d just wait around for his stupid ass? I'm so glad Khwan knew her worth and made her mind up on her own, without falling for his back-and-forth nonsense. If the show had made her accept him back, I honestly would’ve given it a 0/10.
Oh, and the grandma? She’s a total icon. I aspire to grow up to be as cool as her!
Overall, this was just another cringy romcom, but it wasn’t terrible to watch. The pacing dragged a bit, so it probably would’ve been fine with just 8 episodes.
Pre-watch rating: 5/10
Final rating: 6.5/10

Exceeded my Expectations
It grabs your attention from episode 1. The plot, in all honesty, is not something so different that you've never watched before, but the execution is what made it stand out and work for me. Its lovable characters, unique sense of humour and even the purple as the show's signature colour are some of the elements that helped it gain its own identity among the other bls.Is it perfect?
No. As every show, it has its issues. The plot dragged a bit on some parts, some plotlines could have been more developed or built up earlier in the show and not get resolved that fast and I'll admit I have an issue with how one serious incident turned into a joke just for the sake of the plot, but the good traits still outweigh the bad.
As for the acting everyone individually deserves a praise. We got a very capable cast. Great and Inn did an amazing job in their debut bl series with Thor and Fluke being on par with them. Both sets of actors were so good I'd love to see them in another bl as main leads.
Overall, it's a series with a lot of heart. It may frustrate you at some points, but the journey is beautiful. If you like romance that's the story for you. And even if it's not you cup of tea, just for the acting alone it's worth giving it a shot.

Chemistry is Chemistry’ing
Its been a long time since I watched a series with this good genuine chemistry between the actors. Helped by the actors appearing both comfortable with eachother and self-confidence. Both of the main actors delivers their roles to a high level and everything from line delivery to microexpressions are on point. The side character also do a great job in their charcter portrayals, but the story mainly evolves around the mains, Great & Inn.Thor & Fluke also deserves a shoutout in making their relationships as their characters so obvious and heartfelt even without saying a single word. It is nice to see their particular couple dynamic portrayed in the series.
The series does try to show diversity throughout the episodes with more or less success. I really comend them for their efforts and it is highly apreciated to see the characters as individuals that is believable.
The plot is to me mostly engaging and interesting, and where the plot falls through and doesnt drive the storyline the insane chemistry between Great & Inn covers for it. I have greatly enjoyed watching this series and I kept looking forward to it each and every week. Sad that this is the end, but hoping to see more Great & Inn/ Thor & Fluke series in the future.

Saturdays were good days because of Wandee Goodday
Learning about the show, I wasn’t initially drawn to it because I haven’t followed Great and Inn. I had no expectations starting it but when I did, it became what I looked forward to every week. Although the show’s premise is about one night stands and friends with benefits, I love how it wasn’t overly sexualized. It’s a perfect blend of fluff, conflicts, and social issues. However, I just wished the aspect of trauma was explored but overall, this show gave me good days. I’d give it a high rewatch value too because it’s so comforting and light. Hoping for a special ep or sequel! Was this review helpful to you?

Wandee Had A Good 4 MONTHS!?
Okay so here's the thing. Never in a million years would I believe Wandee's pretty booty wouldn't have the gays in the club swarming around him. So that part of the story took me out a little bit lol. However, this show was pretty good and I'm glad I got to see Great and Inn in an entirely different setting to Rati. The progression of their relationship was kind of slow, since their entire one-night-stand to FWB situation was like 1 day, then going to FWB to full relationship was over 4 months lol. I was screaming at the screen for them to just start a damn relationship for a couple episodes because it was drawn out. However, overall it was still enjoyable to watch overall and I enjoyed the chemistry! I also really loved that the show had some Ace representation! That's awesome and it combated the stereotype of ace people not wanting loving relationships, which is not true! Was this review helpful to you?
