It was intensely quick, but I loved it
The series touches on subjects delicately, has understanding, passion, learning from others and insights into oneself. And everyone needs to work on themselves so that can share themselves with others. Everyone has their own strength.
So there was no room for drama, there was a little chaos that was a misunderstanding, but everything worked out.
I smiled and loved every detail of the series, it's truly wonderful. The only flaw was that it was so short, I could easily watch 10 more eps with these two.

I loved this series!!!!
I watch a lot of BL and have never actually written a published review but I had to for this one! I just finished it like 10 minutes ago and it was amazing! So sweet and the chemistry is insane! It’s nothing too intense, but it also has such great backstory and emotion! It is so funny and the two leads are amazing! I need these two in more dramas! The entire cast did amazing and it was so well put together for such a short show I was really pleasantly surprised. I could write an essay about this little series honestly, but I’ll just say you should definitely check it out!Was this review helpful to you?

WAY TOO SHORT
This story was so cute and funny! I need 10 more seasons!Hajime is a former child actor, who struggles to get people take him seriously in the industry. So he's really happy to hear when he gets cast as a lead actor for an upcoming BL drama. His co-star and love interest is the popular actor, Akafuji.
Hajime is generally a very sweet, kind person and he is happy to meet Akafuji on set, but no matter what he does the other seems to ignore him. This is a serious blow to Hajime's already fragile self-esteem, and accepts the fact that Akafuji is just too popular to ever think of him as his equal. However, as they both seem a bit stiff and have trouble with portraying the chemistry between their characters on set, the director jokingly suggests that they should move in together. Maybe even sleep in the same bed, just like the characters they play. Hajime who has been trying to befriend Akafuji is very much open to the idea but to everyone's surprise Akafuji is even more into it. So they end up moving in together for a little while, and get to know each other better. The real shocker comes, when the story introduces us Akafuji's POV as well and we learn, that he hasn't been avoiding Hajime because he looks down on him.. quite the opposite.. he has been a fan of Hajime's acting for a while now. "Fan" as in: he has a shrine dedicated to Hajime with all his merch...
As they start to get used to living together Akafuji realizes that Hajime is a real person, not just some unreachable idol, and that he also maybe started to have real feelings for him.
There were many really sweet and funny scenes, and some 4th wall breaking scenes that involved the drama shoot where these two work. Like, coming with excuses about how they can practice lines their characters would say only so they can flirt with each other, and Akafuji asking Hajime to "practice" for their kissing scene and Hajime being really disappointed when the kissing scene gets cut..

Adorable, Sad & Fun!!
Already watch them all. It's stunning, heart warming and soo soothing feeling. Amazing take for short series. Definitely worth watching without any second of skipping. And that play akafuji is soo funny and playful in here rather than in Smells Like Green Spirit that feels scary and crzy. He definitely can acting properly with different characters, love it.The song, the place, the feels, the comedy & the romance is so damn good. I know this series just have one kiss and it's dead fist but i'm not have problem w/ that because it's Japanese BL for sure.
It just too short and i NEED MORE OF IT. hopefully we got second season for the manager because, wth is that??? We need their story moree.... because i kinda interested with it, lol

The falling in love of two lovable dorks
Exaggerated and playful humor is my weakness, I just love it, and this series was able to make me laugh A LOT. For that reason alone I can't help but give a high rating.Let me introduce you to the two main characters:
Hajime, 25 years old, unpopular actor, he is always associated with the orange juice commercial he starred in as a child.
Yuichiro, 23 years old, popular actor, seems cold at first, but is actually Hajime's biggest fanboy.
The two have landed the lead roles in a BL drama that is being adapted from a famous manga. Since the characters they play move in together in the story, Hajime and Yuichiro are also supposed to share an apartment for promotional purposes. Great idea? Yes, the best idea!
Over-the-top comedy is mixed with some seriousness and a simple, but very entertaining plot. There are lots of funny, creative and crazy ideas here, combined with two extremely amusing main characters who have a special and interesting personality.
I always stared at my TV screen during the scenes they shot for the BL drama and during their private rehearsals. Between all the funny things, they also had intense moments. Seeing their interactions just puts you in a good mood and makes you hope for more than 3 episodes.
What really made me feel connected to Hajime was the indoor climbing scene. Yuichiro was already at the top, while Hajime was still struggling at the bottom and ultimately flopped down from a height of just a few centimeters. I LOVE HIM!
What convinced me that Hajime and Yuichiro are meant for each other was the scene in which Yuichiro runs up a ramp (like a madman) with the Hajime standee in his arms, closely followed by the real Hajime. They filmed the whole route. Really, the whole route. It's perfection.
If you're a fan of over-the-top comedy and cute romance, you should watch this series.

Soooo damn goood!!!!!!
Usually when i watch a short drama im like its good they did what they could in in such short time span but today I'm gonna say this is what every short drama should be like. It was soo good it felt like a full length drama. No plot holes, good acting, and amazing actors.I liked the whole fanboy seme thing 🤭🤭 and loved the 2nd couple didnt expect that NC scene in the 3rd episode. I was like what?? I thought u guys were still bickering . I'm totally in love with the guy who played Hajime. Damn his eyes are soo pretty.
I WANT MORE!!!!

Short but Sweet.
I've had this on my TBW list for a bit now, I didn't think much of it to watch it right away, after all it only has 3 eps, so what could really be done in just 3 eps. Right? I found out that a lot can.For something that is so short they put a whole lot in just the 3 eps, but it wasn't like it was to much of nothing, if that makes any kind of sense. They series had all kinds of emotions thru out it that it pulled you in, made it feel like it was longer (in a good way) then it really was.
The comedy was great, sometimes it was just the simplest thing that made you laugh your ass off. Akafuji make me laugh the most in this series. Just being him really. I loved how they made Akafuji be a stan, but not made it out to be the creepy kind. I could not help but love this character.
I also empathize with Aoyagi. I know what it feels like to low self-esteem, I just wanted to get in there and hug him and tell him he's not a nobody. I'm sure there are actors in real like who feel the was Aoyagi dose. It's sad, but true. This series shows so much in it that can/dose happen in real life.
I do have to give it up to the actors in this series, they did a great job. I also like how the characters weren't unrealistically stupid, they figure things out, unlike in some series.
One bad thing, well maybe I shouldn't use bad per-se is at least 5 more minutes there at the end.😁

Fun series and can be watched when you feel sad
I haven't laughed this much in this series. It got everything that I want in the series. Actually I am sucker for cute bl dramas which Japanese bl drama have always provided me.This drama showed some issues like parents using their kids as their source of income and how social media negative comments can affect a person and so on...
I don't want to spoil anything further for any one, Just watched it and enjoy it.

Gentillet...
I Became the Main Role of a BL Drama m'a rappelé les premiers JBL.

10/10 BL Chef's Kiss
10/10 BL Chef's KissThis series is a breath of fresh air! It has all the key components with a dazzling and animated cast who have the perfect chemistry for this fun plot. The first episode was absolutely hilarious, and I found myself totally engrossed in the little details of the characters and their unfolding story.
The wit of the script is palpable and there were a few times, ! thought to myself that this writing was perfect. I really enjoyed each character, and although a very short series it managed to keep me fully invested until the end. This is now one of my favourites and I will definitely watch the Crank Out Edition as well as put this on my re-watch list! Highly recommend this feel good series! Enjoy!

Twist dimana si Akafuji ternyata penggemar berat si Hajime. Dan itu benaran lucu banget, terkesan lebay tapi (in positive way) dimana kita akan ikutan tertawa kocak karena tingkahnya.
Jadi gak sabar sama season 2 nya ^^ semoga masih sama lucunya dengan season pertamanya !!
