This was fine
This is one of those stories that I feel like I have seen before but done better. Bubbly crowd pleaser meets mr ambitious... while I really did enjoy both bubbly and ambishus as well as some of the side characters I could ot really connect with this making me feel ok this was fine.Fine is good enough, fine is not bad, fine is still highly bingable but it is also something that just did not captivate me enough to keep my attention, making me check stuff on my phone followed by rewinding a bit just to think oh, I didn't miss anything spectacular, actually I did see this just thought it mite have been more... oh well back to watching. I am sure i am still missing something that would make this stand out, but I just didn't find it.
That said I am old, I have a cold so I am probably not the target audience anyway...

HEART WARMING...
I’ve seen a lot of good reviews about this series the first it was realesed all over social media, but i’ve always ignored it because i was just not feeling it... I thought people were exaggerating (cause that happens in a lot of cases) but luckly i was wrong. I just finished it, and from the first few minutes i whatched, i knew i was gonna love this (and i hate when that happens) i did not want it to end. It’s a fresh, heart warming, wholesome show.. It’s a show you watch while not worrying about anything happens, it’s a COMFORT show. I think it’s so cute & adoreable, it was very satisfying, i enjoyed every minute of it.I also loved the fact that kim jin woo has the same mbti as me (intj), i was like no wonder he feels that way... I understand everything he did. Anyways i absolutely love this.

Surprisingly good!
Our KBL is getting better! Really proud of this one!At beginning, it appears that the storyline is simple and somewhat shallow, but towards the end, boy, it delivers! It ends up to be pretty touching and meaningful. Of course, it's so cute and fluffy throughout.
I also love that there are two couples and I love the ending for both. I wish there's a spin-off for the other couple, just to see their progress!
I really enjoy this lighthearted, simple and sweet BL! It's pretty great given it's only 8 episodes. Not too draggy, but not too rush either. Actors are really good looking toO!

Quite Interesting
I love the main lead Ki sub and Ji woo made it worth watching unlike the 2 couple.But then, what's with the ending? Does it have continuation? Cos it shouldn't end that way.
After his confession, Ki Sub is say sorry, sorry for what?
I just hope there's season 2

Hope the second couple gets a second season, their story was much more interesting. The main couple felt a little to boting to me, but that bay be beacuse of all the flashbacks that also was a little bit boring. And some of the conversations with the female characters didn't really make sense - why say your inner most important fellng to a person you don't even know that well.Was this review helpful to you?
Short and sweet drama
Without giving any spoilers, if you're looking for a drama with both a cute storyline and two cute couples, this one is it. It's nothing super dramatic or suspenseful but I think it's quite well produced. I also really liked the two pairings and their dynamics.Considering the short length with 8 episodes at 30 minutes each, I still had enough time to get invested in the two couples, although the plot doesn't go too much into depth. In this case, I think that's a good thing because it doesn't start any major plot lines without finishing them which often frustrates me with other dramas. The ending ties mostly everything together nicely, though I could see some opportunities for a second season or a spin-off.
Overall a good watch and I would totally watch it again.

One of the top tier short K-BLs
Overall....better than you'd expect.Starting from the first episode, it may seem a little odd or forced, but the characters and their storylines begin to hook you in. As the show continued, I found myself empathizing with the characters - hoping that all would work out for them in each respective scene.
The show has a good balance of comedic, romantic, and emotional moments that don't make you feel bored or annoyed. The pacing was also perfect - especially considering it was only 8 episodes long!
Additionally, compared to other K-bls this one barely left any unanswered questions; all the backstory and character details were wrapped up nicely with a little bow.
If you're watching for the side couple,, unfortunately you'll get cookie crumbs. although there isn't too muchh airtime for them, all their character details and backstory are still prevalent, which is more than enough especially since this is an 8ep series, less 30mins each. Also the character development was poppin.

That hair though
I have no complaints with our writing or casting in this series. The actors did a great job, the settings were nice, the music was fine, but that hair though. What in the world was wardrobe thinking with cp1's hairstyles? They were horrendous. Thankfully cp2 was presented to us in a normal fashion, but seriously, yikes.Was this review helpful to you?

Fell short of potential
I liked this drama at first, but by the second episode I found myself skipping the main couple’s scenes, which meant i was skipping through the entire show, essentially. they had a nice first kiss scene, but other than that, they were so boring to me and I found Giseop super strange. the plot about him dressing like a girl and getting a tattoo just to be Jin Woo’s type was just random and very weird and he just gave me weird vibes, i did not like him at all and he actually made me sort of uncomfortable. i felt like their chemistry was forced and Jin Woo’s characterisation wasn’t consistent. i also didn’t like the token female character common in BL dramas, i could’ve done without that.i enjoyed the second couple way, way more, and thought there story was more interesting and their chemistry felt more natural, but unfortunately they had criminally few scenes and very little development when they were shown, and didn’t even end up together, the way i understood it. but i also felt like their story was a bit cliché and the soured relationship could’ve been redeemed if it was handled better, especially when the actors had chemistry and potential.
the main couple ate up 98% of the screen time, which wouldn’t be a problem if the series was all about them, but if a second couple is gonna be included and have a storyline, they need to have equal or at least sufficient screen time. the second couple got so little scenes they may as well have not even been there, which is a shame, but korean BL dramas are so short compared to typical k-dramas, they really don’t have room for a second couple most times. 20-30 minutes per episode doesn’t leave a lot of room for complex development.
Also, on Viki this is rated R for some reason? i struggle to see why, as there’s really nothing explicit or mature in it.

Very will they won't they
Pretty cute but sometimes the main pairing annoyed me, especially Gi Seop. The characters were fine for the most part and the chemistry was decent. This is very push and pull/will they-won't they type of relationship between the main two. Some people like watching that and some don't. Short review:I really loved this series. In it we follow two couples. The first couple - I found this story refreshing actually because both boys like eachother from the start but have different reasons not to date which is what creates the conflict.
The second couple - I really like where their story ended up, and I like that it covered those feelings of insecurity a lot of us have in our relationships.
All in all I recommend it and would be happy to rewatch.

We Need A Season Two
I know, asking for a season 2 when only two episodes have dropped is asking for a lot but that’s how good the show is ! The production is done really well , the acting and chemistry between the actors is amazing. It has its emotional moments when it’s time for one but the light hearted moments also shines through !Was this review helpful to you?
