A Perfect Blend of Horror, Heart, and Outstanding Performances
A wonderful series, I'll miss waiting for Friday to see the next episode. A series with excellent plots. The make-up used for the “ghosts” is very well done; in fact, I must admit that I was scared quite a few times, but luckily, between one horror scene and another, we also had a breath of fresh air thanks to the love stories. The story between Thup and P'Singha is beautiful, perhaps a little unrealistic, but still wonderful. I really liked Lee in this series, I can't wait to see him again in another series, and maybe as the protagonist. Michael and TopTen, even though they are a secondary couple, did a wonderful job, making me emotional and happy for them. I did hate P'King, it's true, but luckily in the last few episodes he woke up and realised which side he was on. Pooh from Pit Babe has improved a lot in his acting and I'm really proud of him, keep it up.SPOILER ALERT
I had already realised for a while that Thup's father was behind everything and that he was Thup's father, but I didn't expect Bom at all. While I'm here, I must and want to congratulate Victor because he was magnificent in his role, especially in the final scene, which gave me goosebumps; WOW!

Horror no thanks! Skipped a few episodes and probably didn't finish it.I think it had potential if i was horror fan but i definitely couldn't watch this at all.
Overall it is not a good show for me personally. Not great but good. And I may But this is definitely a first in the realm of BLs. Even though it is not perfect, it does open a trailblazing path to a whole new world of shows in the Y industry.

The Bl that got me to watch and enjoy horror for the first time.
When I started this series I was drawn by ThupSingha chemistry and how beautiful they looked.Even from the beginning I enjoyed the teasing and how their love story developed slowly through the next episodes.The opening episode was very strong and interesting.Can we talk about how cute Thup was and his heterochromia.Singha was a marvel to stare at and his acting superb.
Whenever I looked at Thup's eyes I could tell from his fear that he was in danger.His eyes told it all.The fear,the sorrow,the joy and that's good acting.His little noises were also very cute and I found myself on his side all through the show.I wanted to protect him too.
The ghosts, sacrifices and rituals were all new to me and I enjoyed learning a lot about this in a refreshing and interactive way.The sound effects were spot on.I was super scared but I was excited to see what's next.
I like how this series went beyond romance to a very interesting and gripping plot.It went beyond the boundaries of just a bl.
We were all investigators trying to figure out the next reveal and this was fulfilling.I like how everything unfounded eventually and we got answers.This thriller was worth every minute I watched it.
In short or many words this series is the best I have seen and when it ended I felt I wouldn't find sth as satisfactory.Now I'm rewatching it coz I miss them

this series is a must watch.
between khemjira and this series, this series is the real horror because every episode tells the story of the haunted case. actors who acted as a ghost has a proper screen time and there's no way the episode ended without scary scenes which makes me more challenged because i like horror movie the most and this series gives me that. it is worth it, worth to rewatch as well. every episode screams mystery and i like that this series gives me that feeling. kudos to the production team for giving the actors a good way of acting.Was this review helpful to you?
Strong premise, uneven execution — but the world they built is worth exploring
The chemistry between PoohPavel works — I believe what they're conveying on screen, even if they don't fully win me over as a couple personally. The premise itself is genuinely compelling: an orphan with extraordinary senses paired with a strictly rational thinker who dismisses anything occult, thrown together into a murder case stretching across decades, wrapped in temple rituals and ancient forces. There's real potential in that setup.The problem is that the series doesn't always manage to sustain it. It drags in places, and Pooh's character was — for me personally — exhausting in a way that actively made it harder to keep watching at times. Which is a shame, because the world this show builds is actually fascinating.
If you're drawn to supernatural mystery with a Thai cultural backdrop and don't mind some pacing issues, it's worth a look. Just maybe brace yourself for the lead.

The plot is one of my favorite things about this drama. It’s interesting, well-developed, and actually keeps you curious about what is going to happen next. I love how the story gradually reveals more details instead of giving everything away immediately. There are emotional moments, funny moments, and plenty of scenes that make you want to immediately watch the next episode.
The characters are also really enjoyable. Their personalities make the story feel much more alive, and I love seeing how their relationships develop throughout the drama. The chemistry between the cast is another reason why I’m so invested. Some scenes had me smiling like an idiot while others had me completely stressed out. 😭😂
And THE ACTORS??? HELLO??? SO HANDSOME. 😭❤️ I’m genuinely struggling to focus on the storyline sometimes because everyone looks ridiculously good. The styling and costumes make them look even better, and thankfully the acting is just as enjoyable as the visuals. They really bring their characters to life and make the emotional scenes feel believable.
I also love the overall atmosphere of the drama. The visuals, costumes, music, and setting all work together so nicely, creating a world that is really easy to get immersed in.
Overall, Goddess Bless You to Death is absolutely peak for me. The story is good, the plot is well-developed, the characters are interesting, and the cast is BEAUTIFUL. 😭❤️ It has everything I want in a drama, and I’m genuinely having such a good time watching it.
Definitely one to add to your watchlist! 🥹✨

Started off quite well, good script, enough eye candies, and gives you the jitters alright
I like that we are getting so many horror-suspense themed BL dramas these days....and this landed right on Halloween night, so I guess they timed it like that intentionally. Frankly, I wasn't expecting a lot from this one and started watching simply because I was intrigued by the synopsis and trailer earlier, but I actually ended up liking the first episode quite a bit.It started off really well...leaving out a few logical loopholes here and there, which us BL watchers are mostly seasoned to by now, its pretty well scripted, and believable...acting, cast, production values, make-up, sets, all of it is quite good too. I think the scares are pretty good too, comparing with other Thai BL shows.
While I haven't watch Pit Babe, I like the lead pair's chemistry in this one so far. Also, Pavel is looking delish as SIngha, and so is the guy who plays King.....it seems like Singha and King have some beef from how Singha was staring daggers....I have a hunch that King may be part of the bad guys.
All in all, I would say it's safe to watch.

A Beautiful Masterpiece
Complete honest review: The acting was truly exceptional, and every scene felt carefully executed with genuine emotion and depth. Every actor brought something memorable to the story, making the characters feel alive rather than simply written roles.PoohPavel once again proved why they are such an unforgettable duo. Their chemistry feels effortless and natural, never forced, which makes every interaction between them even more powerful. What makes them stand out is not only their romantic chemistry, but the way they communicate emotions through the smallest details — their eyes, expressions, silence, tension, vulnerability, and even the way they look at each other. You can genuinely feel every emotion they are trying to portray, which makes the connection between their characters incredibly moving and believable. They do not just act out scenes; they make you emotionally experience them with them.
The story itself was deeply immersive and emotionally gripping. Even though the genre is horror mostly but it pulled me into its world so naturally that I found myself completely invested in every moment, every conflict, and every emotional turn. The pacing, emotional build-up, and intensity kept the story engaging throughout, while still allowing important moments to breathe and leave an impact. It is the kind of series that makes you think about the characters and their emotions even after finishing an episode.
The cinematography and VFX were absolutely stunning. Every shot felt intentional and visually beautiful, enhancing the emotions and atmosphere of the story perfectly. The visuals were not only aesthetically pleasing but also helped strengthen the emotional weight of many scenes.

Anyway, good
Overall, the drama was pleasant enough and quite enjoyable, except for the sheer nonsense of the last two episodes, which in my opinion completely ruined an otherwise relatively good plot. Given that it's very difficult to make quality crime dramas (see, for example, the mess made with Dare You to Death), I particularly appreciated the script, the special effects, the ghost makeup, the religious and spiritual references, and the character of Atikun, which I thought was very well-crafted. For this reason alone, I'd give it an overall 7. I have a lot to say about the investigation, as well as the structuring of the couples. Given that I'm a very practical and realistic person, I found some parts of the investigation decidedly implausible and unlikely, and I really couldn't ignore the fact that Thup was taken literally everywhere. I understand it was necessary for the plot, but it's something I found truly absurd and senseless. In addition to the various plot holes, I repeat, things in the last few episodes were rushed too much without adequate time jumps and I didn't like that at all. As for the couples, I admit I didn't particularly enjoy them, nor was I particularly moved. Contrary to popular opinion, I think the actors playing Thup and Singha have no chemistry whatsoever, and I couldn't really relate to them on a romantic level. Thup's character was extremely boring in my opinion: static, impersonal, passive, and rather bland; paired with Singha, all fire, recklessness, and determination, he didn't really spark anything. Moreover, their interactions truly bordered on the banal and saccharine: corny, meaningless, without any kind of development. The second couple was even worse. Truly insignificant. But let's move on to what I can truly consider the best discovery I've made in recent months: the actor who plays King. That guy is truly talented, he undoubtedly has a lot to improve on, but if he keeps going like this, he truly has what it takes to embark on a first-rate career. I really enjoyed the psychological characterization of his character, the fact that he was torn between the desire to please his father and the will to do what was right, and I truly appreciated the evolution he went through throughout the series. I also found him very mature and conscientious in his desire to distance himself from Singha, well aware of the feelings he still inevitably harbored for him, and I must say I couldn't help but be very pleased with this choice. Overall, it wasn't bad, although I personally would have developed it in a completely different way, probably keeping the investigation partially, if not entirely, unchanged, but radically altering the couples and relationship dynamics. First of all, away with the sentimentality, more mature conversations, free of stereotypical banalities, moments of tension and fracture. This is what makes stories interesting. But I realize I was partly wrong too; fundamentally, I appreciate more mature BL shows, and this show, on the other hand, is aimed primarily at a teenage audience. The ghosts didn't horrify me as much as the writing.
There is a difference between an idea and the execution of that idea.The idea of a supernatural horror cop BL is good. Great, even!
The execution leaves so much to be desired.
One major problem is maintaining the Thai BL World logic, which tends to be soapy and contrived. I assume they have to keep that logic, because it's just ever so hard to imagine how or why two dudes would hook up if it weren't for the world setting up those bowling gutter bumpers forcing them into it. It's fine when they all work at a cafe, or a vague office where you can bend the rules of professionalism without much consequence in the name of two men rolling around shirtless.
...Unfortunately, there is consequence in police procedurals. There are laws. If you blow the case, the worst case scenario is not a customer with a bad latte, it's letting a murderer roam free to kill again. Or dying.
In the first episode we watch stunning levels of dumbassery when Singha takes the twitchy guy covered in blood they found at the crime scene home with him and goes to shower immediately. Oh, don't worry, the 3 hour DNA test they did proved twitchy guy (who claimed to see ghosts) wasn't covered in the victim's blood, just his own. Why did we take him home? He was just soooo scared. Of the ghosts. Did we do a drug test on him? No. Did anyone seriously interview him? No. He's still a suspect. WHY is he in your living room?!
But you see? the BL world logic is invalidating the Real World logic, which in turn hamstrings the capacity to take the whole police part seriously- and that's if it weren't written so badly. It also signals to me that no one here cares enough to do the bare minimum to integrate the two story styles. That first episode- your first impression- is rife with lazy writing and forced attempts to smush the characters together because that's how BL works and that's all they think the audience cares about.
Everything about this show feels incredibly forced and awkward because of that core of laziness. Everything. From the supernatural stuff (telegraphed and bereft of actual eeriness), to the police work (laughably idiotic), to the nascent romance (the cringe-ass dialogue haunts me) and the acting. I personally don't get the coupling thing, where we like these two performers together, because it always seems like they're shackling one decent performer to an absolute sinkhole. Because of the 'chemistry', which I, personally, could not detect here. That might have something to do with my take that Pavel is doing a pretty decent job with some gravitas and Pooh is behaving like a mentally arrested toddler. Pooh is absolutely in BL World performance style of simpering petulance. Maybe that's part of the reason the ghosts don't seem scary, Pooh is unable to perform plausible fear. Pavel, at least, understands that this wants to be bigger.

It's a shame, because the special effects make-up looks great. The cinematography is pretty decent. There is a good idea here, but they just can't get out of BL World to make it work, and don't respect the audience's intelligence to put in the effort, and from the number of solid 10s this gets reviewed with....they're right.

The first episode instantly pulls you in with its intriguing premise and impressive visual quality. The acting has definitely levelled up, adding depth to the story’s mysterious tone. Horror done right. It was a little too scary to watch and little too interesting to drop
I watched this cz of Khemjira thinking it'd not be that scary but i was wrong. It was super scary that i couldn't watch it at night and waited for the day to watch it. I was here cz i saw Thup holding a corner of Singha's jacket bro. I was here for the cute moments and light horror but nah they gave me cute moments and loads of horror.The show was super engaging and kept us curious all the time. I loved the cast as a whole but i wanna appreciate the guy who played Bom cz damn he did a really good job with the role. I kinda hoped his friends lived... but that didn't happen i really thought they would.
Minus 0.5 for the ghosts also for the dumb decisions made by the characters 🤭 n minor plot holes like if thup could pray for a curse reversal why didn't he do it sooner. I guess the novel would give an explanation to it like it only works on certain days etc but that didn't happen here so.
Overall watch it. Its really good but remember that this is actual horror series.
