After School Doctor

Both dramas feature a fish out of water person with a fine job who suddenly gets demoted and has to deal with kids.
Both dramas focus on the kids and their stories.
Both dramas are sad and healing at the same time, with a touch of humour.

Both of the MCs don’t really care for the school or the students that they are working with, but end up finding themselves getting tangled into everyone’s mess and helping out.

They both also have past problems that they are trying to ignore and were forced into working in the schools.

Reluctant teacher has more drama over all, mostly because it’s high school kids and is not focused on health, but on their life and behavior. Anyways I just wanted to recommend this because I thought the MCs had similar personalities.

ML has autism and kind of "genious syndrom" but it's similar in a way despite their appearance, they win hearts of patients, parents, coworkers.
When at first they seems like they didn't like ML.

Both love and cares in their own way for their little patients.
Here it's in an hospital and of course other aspect like love stories, others adults patients or some "vilain" but at the he earned respect
