No Love Traingle ( although lawyer also likes FL, after 2 episodes it was not shown).
Story starts with FL moving to countryside and living there and revolves around the school with ML and FL main focus. Liked the side characters comedy and relationship they share. Every problem is resolved positively. After all the drama the show ends with what sharted and closed the painful part of FL beautifully and more easy going ( Not like other dramas, they point out critisism and drag out). If you want some simple fun watch, go for it. will enjoy.

Charming in its simplicity
It’s a really light, typical rom-com, and the over-the-top exaggeration is its charm - that’s what made it so fun for me. It’s not going to be everyone’s favourite, and it’s pretty average overall, but it’s the best kind of average. Just a simple, breezy comedy you can relax with.Was this review helpful to you?
A good rom-com
I enjoyed this rom-com. There is no love triangles. Just two people meeting and liking each other.I find it hilarious how strong Seon Jae Gyu is and though he likes Yun Bom he didnt overstep his boundaries.
KNowing that, Choi I Jun didnt make it difficult for them nor tried to stop them from being together and I like that. It showed respect.
Choi Se Jin, was the character I hated. She is very very very selfish. You will see why. Seon Han Gyeol has a soft spot for her and I would jeopardize my education for anyone....

A quiet season that almost bloomed
As someone who is a complete sucker for seaside and countryside slice of life dramas, it was no surprise that I would enjoy this one.It did deliver exactly what I expected on the surface. And yet, the drama left me feeling kinda underwhelmed.
I started this with hopes of a light, hometown chachacha type of comfort watch and it did not disappoint in that regard. However, as the story progressed... it began to feel bland and emotionally unfinished in several aspects, as if the drama knew what it wanted to be but never fully committed to exploring it.
This show is heavily carried by its leads, and honestly... only by its leads lol. Both of them are super charming and perfectly cast. Their chemistry was CHEMSITRY-ING, and I genuinely hope they get more scripts together in the future.
ABH as Sun Jae Gyu, playing the "looks like a thug but is actually a golden retriever" character was pitch perfect. I genuinely can't imagine anyone else pulling off this role the way he did fr. This made me realise just how impressive his range is, and yes, it absolutely made me fall for him all over again. (he's SO HOTTT)
similarly LJB as Yoon Bom was just as incredible. Every time she appeared, all I could say was "woah". She brought such quiet warmth to her character that made her instantly lovable. ♡
☆ *What I disliked about the drama:*
1. The fl's stalker and assault storyline was my biggest issue. The writers set it up as something deeply traumatic and life altering, yet the closure was wrapped up in what?? like 5mins?? 😭😭 It felt shockingly unsatisfactory. The impact on the fl was huge, yet the closure treated it like a minor inconvenience smh. Maybe it's my fault for expecting a "the glory" type revenge but instead the writers were aiming for realism.
2. I think almost everyone can agree that the teenagers were a complete snoozefest! The nephew (hangyul) was written as an ungrateful mess. from being unappreciative of the uncle who raised him just to chase the mother who abandoned him, to deliberately ruining sports day and exams over a crush. it was so draggyyyy and exhausting to watch. His lack of connection to the person who actually raised him felt extremely off as well. Even the sister (sejin) was no better. She blamed everyone else for her failures and added nothing meaningful to the story. 🙏
3. The unnecessary redemption arcs were such a disappointment. The lawyer was clearly written to be disliked for the first 10 eps, yet suddenly he is forgiven and turned into a "bestfriend" figure. After lying, manipulating, and causing damage without even communicating properly, his forgiveness felt undeserved. like ewwww.
4. I'm sorry but as for the side characters, there wasn't a single well written and interesting one except for mrs seo maybe. None of them had any depth in them and I felt like skimming through every scene that had nothing to do with the leads. The fl's family especially made no sense. The father barely tried, and the mother, a famous actress obsessed with protecting her image, somehow decides to have a highly sensitive and volatile conversation in the middle of a public building lobby lmaoo. Completely unrealistic.
5. The leads' backstories were half baked too. We never truly understand how the ml moved and raised his nephew to a new town and became a rich ceo, or why the people had no idea what he did until the fl arrived.
☆ *What I loved about the drama:*
1. No dragged misunderstandings! The leads didn't keep stuff to themselves, communicated like adults and resolved issues within minutes. Such a refreshing and healthy dynamic thank goodness!
2. The comedic timing was surprisingly good. Yes, there were used clichés, but the leads executed them so well that they actually worked (for me atleast hehe :))
4. The pacing was on the slower side but it suited the slice of life genre. The story was allowed to breathe, giving emotions space to settle.
5. THE LEADS. THE CHEMISTRY. The sole reason I finished the drama. Both performances were phenomenal, and I am genuinely excited for their future projects 🌟
6. The cinematography and music were beautiful. Visually stunning! And the OSTs were too beautiful esp the one by miyeon!
Overall, the drama did meet my expectations, but it also... fell short in several important areas. The leads were everything, which is surprisingly rare for romcoms these days. It was relaxing, comforting, and enjoyable despite its flaws. I might as well rewatch it when i want something to be playing in the background while i do my work.

A Simple Rom-Com (In the Best Way)
I couldn’t stop smiling throughout my binge-watch. I was looking for a goofy, lighthearted drama, and this was exactly what I needed. It was cheesy, funny, overdramatic, and a little silly but in a way that made it so enjoyable.There wasn’t an overcomplicated plot, which I appreciated. When things got messy, the characters actually communicated and resolved issues quickly instead of dragging them out. It felt refreshing. I ended up binging it all in one go and genuinely had a great time.
The emotional moments made me tear up, and the lighter scenes kept me smiling. Overall, the writing and acting were great, and it delivered exactly what I was looking for

Cuteeeee??
Jae guy is a cinnamon roll, I repeat JAE GYU IS A CINNAMON ROLL! He alone is the only reason I decided and continued to watch this series.I read the webtoon (not completed yet) hence the series' story felt very flat to me, the webtoon showed more depth to the characters which made the story more engaging.
The acting by every character was really good though.
Overall, a cute and simple watch after all the heavy, thriller and crime stuff 😗

Spring Heals Two
I just finished this drama, and I am already missing both Sun Jae Gyu and Yoon Bom. I don't usually get to memorize the characters' names, but here, their names hold a certain significance in the story.What do I like about this drama?
1. The Story - It started off with lots of mystery for both these leads. Each episode carries new revelation and there were no dull moments. I love how each misunderstanding and rumor had been resolved little by little with the people they trust. It gives us hope that though some people could be harsh at times because of a wrong accusation, there are some who would trust and love to find the truth. I am glad it has a happy ending. The story has a lot of life lessons on facing the controversies, on finding truth, on trust and on love. It teaches also how to live without getting trapped in the past. I love how the people learned to get passed their bias towards Jae Gyu.
2. The Actors - I like Ahn Bo Hyung, not just an actor but as a person. Him acting as Sun Jae Gyu brought some of his true self. Joo Bin is such a lovely lady who has a good chemistry with Bo Hyung. Whether it be on screen or off screen as seen in BTS, they worked together well. The actors as teachers and students were equally great with their accent which added flavor to this drama
3. The characters -
a. Sun Jae Gyu: From the promo, he may be scary but actually he is like a macaron - tough outside, but soft inside. I love Jae Gyu being straightforward, unpretentious and unassuming. He may be curious at first with Yoon Bom from his first encounter with her. Everyone in their town knows him and are afraid of him, but Yoon Bom doesn't know him at all. He may come off as strange to her but not intimidating. Jae Gyu may be a simple man, may not have reached college nor eligible for military service, but he is hardworking, strong and dependable. I like what he told Bom (as she cried) "When you are down, sweets are the best cure." And another thing he said to Bom when he had allergy, "Food taste best when you eat it together." These may be simple thoughts, but we all can relate to. It speaks of a caring heart. And because of this, I am also warming up to Jae Gyu. I like how Jae Gyu had transformed as he finds comfort in Bom.
b. Yoon Bom: she ran away from her past, vowing not to smile nor to interact with anyone, especially with any parent of her students. But she warms up to Jae Gyu, even in many misunderstood encounters. Another quote I picked from this drama is from Yoon Bom, "Scars aren't always a bad thing. They're proof of what you've endured." Just like Yoon Bom, I am also curious about Jae Gyu's scars. Jae Gyu has a hidden past also which he may not want to recall. Yoon Bom also had transformed from that quiet and secretive person to someone who boldly faced her past with Jae Gyu by her side and her atty. Choi I-jun. Yoon Bom also have thoughtful quotes which I would like to highlight. She told Jae Gyu this, "When life gets overwhelming and complicated, think simple." And at the last episode she said this also, "the truth can only be protected with courage, not with time."
4. The Location: The place where they shot most of the scenes are lovely. It feels like a refreshing restart for these characters.
As this drama is light and breezy, it is easy to rewatch it. Congratulations to the Cast and Crew of Spring Fever!!!!

I missed this type of Kdrama
Spring fever is nice, it reminds me of the drama that pulled me to Kdrama. It reminded that I am in fact a hopeful romantic.The drama doesn't pretend to be more than what it, it's funny where it needs to, serious where it needs to be, touching where it needs to be and its well paced. It's a pretty straightforward story that doesn't require much from the watcher, boy meets girl, biy fall in love and is unwavering in his devotion and so begins the romance.
Everyone did a great job the acting especially the male lead, he should get an award for this performance.
Watch if you enjoy a sweet romance, with a good story set in a small town, a healing drama, with a happy ending. I really enjoyed it and I'd definitely re-watch it so I highly recommend.

Already One of 2026's Best!
This was such a fun watch from start to finish! Lighthearted with a lot of heart.Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Joo Bin shine in every scene, together or otherwise. Ahn Bo Hyun especially carries the show bringing his role as Jae Gyu to life in every moment. Jae Gyu is thoroughly lovable, a big softie, and surprisingly emotionally mature. Lee Joo Bin as Yoon Bom is thoroughly engaging too, her dialogues are delivered to perfection and she has a natural talent for humor.
This show has one of the healthiest couple dynamics ever. Not only do they share such natural chemistry with each other from episode 1, the banter is genuinely funny, and both partners are equally involved in the relationship, stepping up for each other whenever necessary, and knowing when to allow the other to deal with the situation themselves without playing savior every time. The FL especially is written very well, it's nkt very often that a kdrama makes the FL sincere in their feelings and proactive in their actions and love for the ML, leaving all the heavy lifting and performing care and affection for the ML, but this show gets it right on both ends. They resolve misunderstandings as quickly as they emerge and trust and respect each other every step of the way. No noble idiocy and sacrifices with these two and thank god for that!
The supporting cast makes Jae Gyu and Bom's world feel more lived in without taking up unnecessary space. The younger couple can get frustrating at moments but it would do the audience a lot of good to remind themselves that these are only highschool kids after all. Their arc is very well done for the way they began so I woukd urge everyone to give them a chance. Choi Ijun, the teachers, twins, Jae Gyu's factory mates, all elevate the story and give it more life.
Cha Seo Won who played Choi Ijun especially is definitely someone to look out for! He made Ijun so lovable from the start. And it's interesting how the story seemed to start with a typical love triangle involving the FL only for it to end up feeling like both the FL and Ijun were fighting for the ML's attention lmao...bonus points for making such an unproblematic second male lead!
At its core, Spring Fever, to me at least, seems like a story that urges everyone to truly examine what it means to be yourself, exercise boundaries even if it means making difficult choices without justifying the collateral damage that will inevitably follow. The story makes some bold choices such as showing a mother who admits to abandoning their child but not allowing it to hang over her head all her life and move on the way she decided would be best for all parties involved. A character who has to make a tough choice to save one life while having to let go off another. These are plot points that could've easily turned melodramatic and eventually twisted into perfectly moral choices in the end but the show lets these uncomfortable truths sit without justifying any of it. This is the heart of this show, and what I hope viewers do not forget to understand amidst all the lighthearted moments.
The screenplay and direction both compliment each other. Every episode wraps up in itself while core plot points unfold naturally one by one.
I am already dreading inevitably comparing wthis show with every other romcom I will be watching this year but alas! I'm so grateful to the makers, cast and crew for giving me this wonderful gift of a show to begin my new year with.
Highly highly recommend!
Especially for fans of small town romances like Hometown Cha Cha Cha.

This is how you do a romcom!
Finally a proper romcom! No ridiculous random breakups right before the final episode, no useless love triangle, no secret childhood connection revealed right before the end, no random serial killer plot added for no reason, no random amnesia and just overall no things that really annoy me in other supposed romcoms lol.This was just a breath of fresh air. I loved Ahn Bo-hyun in this, I had no idea he could be this funny and ridiculous. It worked perfectly for this drama. I really liked the 2 leads and enjoyed their chemistry. I feel like most characters were likeable here. Even the ones I was supposed to dislike, I liked disliking them if that makes sense.
Also, Bomshik has to be the cutest dog I have ever seen in a kdrama! That scene at the vet during the rain was also possibly the hottest scene in a kdrama. A shirtless hot guy holding the cutest puppy. Yeah, it's hard to top that.
So yeah, overall this is a super enjoyable romcom and I will miss it. This is definitely going on my rewatch list for when I am in the mood for something relaxing and cute.

Fun & light-hearted healing rom-com drama
Pretty easy watch. Started off... idk. It was alright in the beginning but as you get used to how the drama is, its very fun lol. Initially, I wasn't the biggest fan of the type of comedy shown (thought it was a bit cringe lol) but it grew on me haha.Plot was pretty good. There were heavy topics but a lot of romance and comedy to balance it out. After all, it is a rom-com lol.
LOVE LOVE LOVEd the dynamic between Sun Jaegyu and Hangyeol. And the backstory?! I sobbed. They went through so much ToT. Jaegyu needs all the love in the world fr. And the scene with Hangyeol in kindergarten singing and he changed the lyric to "uncle" instead... I BAWLED. The plot was actually so well written for the uncle and nephew duo.
Not sure why they made Choi I-Jun a second lead. He had zero chance and made no progression whatsoever. I did like his character though. His bickering and bromance with Sun Jaegyu made the drama a fun watch. Although, he was a bit weird by following Yoon Bom around... but I mean, he is a big fan of her mom and so would do anything for her ig lol. Speaking of that, I wish they showed more of Choi I-Jun and the mom. Like how he became the president of her fan cafe etc. OH and that one line Sun Jaegyu told Yoon Bom's mom stuck with me -- he said that he knew her just because his friend made him sit through all the movies with her in it lol. Showed us a glimpse of their friendship- which I would've loved if they added more in!
Second couple was... okay. I enjoyed watching the scenes with Hangyeol and his uncle but the romance with Se Jin? idk. Its just alright I guess. The teacher couple was fun to watch though lol.
Wish the ending gave us a lil more lol. I don't particularly like when dramas just show a proposal or wedding at the very end. I'd prefer if we saw their lives after etc. but its still good nonetheless.
p.s. Lee Joo Bin is so pretty?!?!?

ENJOY THE FEELING OF SPRING!
Spring Fever is so real because I caught it and it's never going away! Some of the symptoms include feeling a beautiful warmth inside, non-stop smiling, and being absolutely obsessed with this K-drama!All jokes aside, Spring Fever was an absolute pleasure to watch and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it!
This is a romantic comedy in the purest sense and while the story is simple, and sometimes a little silly, it had some surprisingly complex depth to it. This was made all the more impactful through the incredible chemistry between our leads, Seon Jae Gyu and Yun Bom. I have to say that THIS is what made the drama for me and worth watching, to the point that they might have to be my favourite K-drama couple ever now! Not only do they look incredible together, but everything just felt so natural and real. This is rare and basically fate, my only criticism is that I wanted more! I am now so hoping that Ahn Bo Hyun and Lee Joo Bin become a real couple after this. Please!!!
I definitely won’t ever be forgetting about Spring Fever and I already can’t wait to go back to watch my favourite moments again. This is one the best feelings, like a beautiful SPRING feeling!
