NOW THIS IS A ROMCOM

I watched it quite late but it's always the best to binge watch without waiting.
The leads' chemistry was epic. The comedy omg i kept on bursting in laughter. Like they couldn't have wrote anything more hilarious and sweeter than this plot and script.
A big man who looks like a gangster and a sweet innocent looking angel like woman. What a match.

I liked the story very much Happy for FL

I really liked the characters, except for Choi Soo Jin, who I found annoying. I didn't understand what Han Gyul saw in her, but she grew on me towards the end because I understood her desire to come first without anyone's help. I also loved the rekindling of friendship with the male lead and Soo Jin's brother; it was a typical bro friendship The side story with Hye Syuk was random, though, as they're supporting characters. Also the little Chihuahua the main lead took care of was adorable!!!!!!

a very light rom-com

This is a show you can finish watching in a day. There are many funny scenes and its like a brainless show for viewers. The ML is ridiculously strong so they highly emphasise it in a comedic way for most of the situations. The FL is not weak but she has her fears and doubts. The younger brother couple story was cute as well.

Surprisingly the romance is quite normal. it takes a while for the leads to get together.

Overall nothing very special, just a light rom-com!

Why are there so many bad reviews?

Writing this because I've seen so many bad reviews, and I'm honestly quite appalled. This is by no means a masterpiece of a drama, but I think it's a nice romcom. After a long day, just shut down your brain and turn this drama on to feel good - and let out a laugh?? maybe??

Story
Simple story, easy to follow and makes sense. Certain characters are not very communicative, but you need this so the drama can span 12 episodes. xD This is a light-hearted, exaggerated drama. Think "Business Proposal"-level of ridiculous.

Cast
Great cast. Watched for the 2 main leads. The side cast is also superb; if you watch enough K-dramas, you should recognise quite a few of them.

Music
Love the music. Favourites are the ones by Miyeon, Fifty Fifty and Sung Han Bin

Rewatch Value
Not high because the plot isn't unpredictable... not sure if I can be invested in the plot more than once. But I'm sure there will be scenes/episode I want to rewatch :P

Great leads, but annoying 2nd leads story

I like the main leads’ story. I like how laid back it is, and it certainly warms the heart. It reminded me of Hometown Cha Cha. But what separates Hometown Cha Cha from Spring fever are the strong secondary characters and their stories. The secondary leads (students) story in Spring Fever is annoying. I cannot stand the Si Jin character, and how the story unfolded. I just didn’t get it. It made Si Jin looks more of a loser. I skip their scenes. They could have highlighted instead the teacher’s love story as it was warm and funny. Predictable story line but funny.

Insufferable

This was really hard to watch. Don’t get me wrong, the story seems like it could go somewhere interesting, and I am curious about the female lead’s past. However, the interactions and dialogue are just too much, they feel childish and poorly written.
The male lead is strange in a bad way: not mysterious or intriguing, but simply comes across as stupid.
Sorry for my English, but I felt I had to leave a review to save others from wasting their time.

Cute and joyful

It's refreshing during these difficult times n in the world to watch something that makes you laugh out loud unexpectedly. Sure, no drama is perfect and there are some annoying characters, but it's getting more fun over time. Thoroughly enjoying it! What I also like about it is there is no heavy stuff. No heavy mystery and I appreciate that a lot. Plus ABH is just 😍😍😍😍

Not Bad So Far

Spring Fever isn’t exceptional, but it’s not bad either. It’s an easy watch with a few fun and engaging characters. The male lead is great and definitely one of the highlights. I’m not usually a fan of the female lead in the dramas I’ve seen her in, but she’s fine here. The nephew feels like a younger version of his uncle—just without the muscles. The supporting cast is solid and adds to the overall enjoyment.

The plot is decent and is slowly becoming more interesting. I’m especially curious about the leads’ pasts, which seem likely to play a bigger role moving forward. Overall, it’s a comfortable, watchable drama, and I’m looking forward to seeing what happens next.

Fun watch . Rom con vibe

It’s probably what dynamite kiss should have been . It’s just a fun light show. But it has a basic storyline atleast . And the characters are a little bit more funny and endearing . Nothing too deep here . So manage your expectations . Don’t expect a masterpiece coz it’s not that type of a show. Read the WEBTOON also by the way . They have made a shows but in a good way. Enjoyed it so far and if they continue to adapt it as per the WEBTOON it might end up being a show I can easily recommend if you just wanna chill and watch a kdrama that’s not too heavy .

Spring Fever is a breath of fresh air that captures the feel‑good vibe of a real spring day. The pacing is deliberately slow‑burn, letting the chemistry between the leads develop naturally—no rushed love confessions, just lingering glances and soft smiles that feel genuine. The countryside scenery is gorgeous. If you’re looking for a comforting, feel‑good series that balances light romance
The casting is on point.
As someone who read the web novel I appreciate the casting more.
Overall this drama is different from your normal romcom leads which makes it intriguing... can't wait for episode because it's getting better.

You'll love this series

A hilarious, sweet, and super fresh series! The witty dialogue and physical comedy keep you laughing while the heartwarming characters pull at your heartstrings. It feels modern, vibrant, and incredibly original. A true breath of fresh air that is impossible to stop watching. Simply perfection.

Spring Fever: A Promising Start That Stays With You

Spring Fever is one of those rare series that draws you in quietly and then stays with you. It blends humor with emotional depth in a way that feels natural, never forced. Beyond the lightness, it carries a beautiful message about empathy, human connection, and how much richer life becomes when we let go of prejudice.

From the very first episode, the chemistry between the actors is effortless, the pacing is well balanced, and the music and visuals elevate every scene. The production feels thoughtful and cohesive, allowing the story and the characters to truly shine. A warm, sincere, and promising start — Spring Fever already feels special.
