Honest Review and Yuri should be the Main Lead...

Well the acting particulary of main lead is BAD and i mean it. Like dude is always shouting and lacks some acting skills (NO HATE, he did his best). He is given most of the english dialouges and he fails to deliver them properly like i'm pretty sure, dude himself doesn't know what he's even talking. He is not into the character. Well can't blame Andres though he's a cutie pie irl and director should've given him the second lead ( who is soft and away from the bully and bad boy stuff).
the original wattpad story is confusing like lol everyone in Section E blindly following Keifer and Keifer is just not letting any girl in their section cauz of his ex??? this is so funny please tell the screenwriters to use their brains and modify the story or atleast listen to the audience's suggestions, they will provide better story line.
If they dont completely keep the original wattpad story and modify it then we can have Yuri as the main lead. Yuri treats her very well she deserves it and upon all the bullying if she still chooses Keifer then she is stomping on her self respect and i'm gonna lose respect for Jay Jay. She is a brave and bold character and i love her for that hopes she choses a right decision and not fall in love too quickly.
Many wattpad readers are saying that Yuri would become a Red flag later on but that does not make any sense to me. The author of this story was a teen when is wrote it so we can't really blame her though and book 3 is yet to be finshed so maybe the screenwriters do their jobs and ends Jay jay with Yuri or maybe the right person.

This show was so ass I wouldn’t make my worst enemy watch this bullshit. Don’t get me wrong at first. I was liking it like it was good. I was messing with it, but I don’t know what happened. She didn’t end up with Yuri. She ended up with that little dirt neck stink, booty unwashed, armpits, unwaxed nose hairs looking ass boy and I really just did not like keifer no shade he’s like really weird and I think that she should’ve never even started liking him or having feelings for him after he broke her nose like literally he almost broke her nose. And she still wanted that. you disgust me like honestly every time I saw them together I cried like even if they weren’t even flirting, I cried because get away from her. You are not meant to be. She should be with Yuri and the way that she did him so grimy in the end, bro that made me sick so now I do not like that dark neck little girl they did him so dirt and I find that shit so foul because literally he liked Ella and he didn’t even get Ella keifer did instead of Yuri, which is so foul and now they’re doing the same thing for this little Cunt toofuck that hoe hands-down I would not rewatch the show and I would not recommend the show to nobody . This shit is so fucking ass. y’all are going to want to kill yourself after you watch it because the reviews lied to you. The acting is not on point like half of the time. I can see one of the freaking boys staring dead at the camera like don’t get me wrong some of the characters I definitely did like but some of them you gotta go. I literally only watched the show for Yuri. I didn’t know it was gonna be a love triangle type of thing. For me it's literally overhyped... I have watched it because people are comparing this with true beauty... And guess whatttt?! It is no near to true beauty... My baby han seojun can never be comparable!! I seriously don't get it how people find it so good?! 😭 for me the first beginning 5 to 6 episodes are OKAY OKAY but then idk what the hell happen..
And in the last episode like what was that?! SML's personality change:) like idk what happen in the few last episodes it felt like so unrealistic... About the pace... It is so slow...

A drama to enjoy!

I personally loved how unique the drama was. It focuses on so many things. Family, friendship, romance everything. I personally enjoyed the drama so much. i was sad but after i binge watched it i felt empty due to how good it felt. not everything has to be so serious. the friendships this drama focused on is so interesting. also keifer and yuri friendship is one of a kind. which people almost never talk about. i personally thing keifer goes more with jayjay tho i don't know who the end game is that's why i am not giving it a spoiler warning. yuri also has his own charm. also david feels like the mature one and ci-n and jayjay's friendship is also best. i also have a younger brother and it's the same as jayjay and ci-n. they are so chaotic. i would love to rewatch this drama again and again. i loved it without any particular reason. i just know that i loved it. no need to say everyone knows that this drama is mainly for female audience but male audience can also enjoy it because there are so many fights and plots which they can enjoy too. recommended to everyone!

As for the acting skills of the actors It's actually so cringe as they’re newcomer. But i wish they will improve itin s2

And the chemistry between the fl and ml is so good.
And also the friendship between the whole section is also superb.

And It's my personal opinion..and btw my non drama fan friend also watched it as i recommend her and now she has become a drama lover

This is a fun and easy binge most of the time. Offering us a bunch of teens in desperate need of guidance who in the lack of such seem to make rules of their own. they hurt, they get hurt, they are put in a lot of situations that they should not have to face. While there is this grownup vibe about them their adolescence and need of reel support and guidance shines through in every single episode.


Our female lead is mostly adorable and fun to watch, however there is a lot to her that uses helping others as a form of self medication instead of actually getting help to deal with her problems. Strong and extremely vulnerable at the same time.

Our male lead has his charming moments but so many rad flaggs so little fabric is shown in this shown. he is nither a pertculary good brother, friend or lover.

Our secound male lead is so sweet most of the drama, a little scaredy cat. A boy who is timid yet strong Talented, broken, kind.... I loved him the first 15 episodes or so bu thten the writers did him wrong oh so wrong that I am goint to pretend that last episode never happened.

The ending, as well as several plot-lines are rushed. The whole he helping people gets slightly repetitive and I do beliee the second hand embarrassment was a bit to much.

I was looking for something to watch on a Saturday night after running out of Korean and Chinese dramas, and I stumbled upon Ang Mutya ng Section E. This is only the second Wattpad adaptation I’ve seen—the first was Diary ng Panget, which I had already read. Unlike that one, I went into this series without any prior knowledge of the story, having not read it on Wattpad or in book form.

Surprisingly, I got hooked right from the start. I ended up binge-watching until 5 AM! While the Keifer and Jay Jay pairing felt a bit cringey at times, it still kept me engaged. I even found myself looking up Ashtine Olviga—her performance as Jay Jay was fresh and convincing, making her a standout for me.

The love triangle between Keifer, Jay Jay, and Yuri added tension and excitement, and I appreciated how the series didn’t just center on the main leads, but also gave attention to the entire Section E. CN’s playful personality added a fun, lively touch to the group dynamics as well.

Overall, Ang Mutya ng Section E is a light, enjoyable watch with relatable characters and moments of emotional depth. Jay Jay’s courage and strong friendships were inspiring—I honestly found myself wishing I could be more like her.

Start entaining ending pure shit

The story started off interesting and funny, with moments that really drew me in and made me want to see where things would go, but then it suddenly turned mysterious and weird in the middle, which at first felt intriguing but quickly became confusing. After that, it just went downhill, especially because why did Yuri force the marriage? That whole part didn’t even make sense and felt so unnecessary, like it ruined the vibe completely. Another thing, why is the FL so lost all the time? Can she not see that someone is clearly interested in her, or is she just going to keep acting like she’s clueless forever? It’s frustrating because it started off so promising, but the characters just don’t seem to make logical choices anymore.

enjoyable but... is this only season 1?

let me preface that I'm definitely not the target audience😁 nonetheless I gave this drama a try and it wasn't that bad.

this is a teenage drama with a simple story but these 16 episodes were all enjoyable... except the last one I guess.

the story begins with Jay Jay, our heroin, moving into a new school and in the infamous "section e" full of troubled guy.
she is the only girl in the class and has to fight to gain the respect of her peers.

we follow Jay Jay while she endures bullying, mistreatment and lack of respect from her new classmats but Jay is a fighter and doesn't reject a challenge.
slowly she developes a friendship with all her classmates and becomes one of them.

I liked that in every episode we explore some personal issues of a singular student and we see Jay Jay grow closer to said person while helping them out.

this is basically the leit motiv of the series. it gives the classmates some deepth because usually is not easy to include such a big cast and give them a meaningful presence, but this series does a decent job about not leaving these guys as mere ghost in the background.

as usual, we get a love triangle...of sort.
the president of the class is set to take revenge on Jay's cousin and he is wanting to use his new classmate to do so. he wants to make Jay fall for him and then leave her to "hurt" her protective cousin.. okay.. kinda of a weird way to hurt someone.

along the whole series we explore Jay's family life which seems to be problematic but we never find out why and this is the biggest issue of the series.
many questions remain unanswered.

why is Jay Jay living with her aunt?
what happened between Jay and Aries?
who is Jay's brother?
why do they have to keep Jay away from her father?
why is Percy faking his death?
what happened to Jay and Cyrus?
why can't she remember her past?
why does she have PTSD when it comes to blood?

so many questions without and answer.
the script didn't have a good pace. we get bits and pieces every 5/ 6 episodes and they create a very confused puzzle. at the end we only get more questions.

the last episode was a rush mess.
Jay is getting married and no one tells her shit.

this girl is surrounded by bad people left and right. she should just leave at this point.

the love triangle wasn't a triangle. Yuri never had a chance even if they want to convince you otherwise making Jay stumble and never saying no.

the main guy.. an annoying prick.
Jay never gets to know about the "plan" and her classmates never tell her anything, even though they supposedly became close friends. no one has a little bit of remorse to just warn her about Kiefer.. or maybe they all know he is somewhat bluffing. still not sure.

the ending is an open one.
she is supposed to get married but she kisses Kiefer and then.. cut.

I guess there will be a second season.

even the other cast members disappear. Freya.. where did Freya go?
it's a mess but it is still enjoyable.


p.s. the main guy is the worst actor on the screen😁😁
