Burnout Syndrome Episode 10 Reactions
hmmm know there no villains in this BL, but to me Jira is the main bad-guy. i didn't expect this to have a "happy" ending given the personalities involved, but it's a logical turn of events. as what Koh needed was someone who comforted & offered him the peace & stability that comes from being in a relationship, what he needed to fall asleep. ******************************************while on Jira's part he needed a sugar-daddy - sorry not sorry, but that's the mains take away. he left Koh cause of the AI program, cause that hurt his ego - as it basically showed him that he & his talent weren't unique, that he was replaceable. but after breaking-up reality hit - he was a nobody & there weren't any buyers lining up to buy his paintings at quarter the price Koh threw his way without a 2nd thought & as much as Pheem offered a pleasant ego massage, he couldn't offer the financial backing Jira had become accustomed too. ***********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************by the end ironically the only character's i felt for was Pheem & Koh, for different reasons & yet they were very similar in their loneliness. Jira came into the pic a broke their bond - which we can argue whether it's good or bad, but they wont ever be friends & Koh doesn't have anyone he trusts, he had Pheem & even if he was overbearing as a boss, Pheem too cared deeply for Koh & that lose of a friendship is sad in my eyes. ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************this was a great plot, well written & well acted. it was raw & brutal yet very interesting & entertaining. for sure a rewatch

What a perfectly messy ending and I loved it. Off, Gun and Dew are without a doubt always on point! This was an ending with no real losers. It gave us a slice of life as it is, messy and full of ups and downs. Also loved the supporting cast.

Ughhh if they’d kept the ending as “it’s best we end it here” and had our burnouts all go their own ways with a friendship maintained between Pheem and Jira, I would’ve rated this pretty high. Instead, the ending wrecked what good was shown in the name of blasted fixed ships. They didn’t even do it sensibly. They should’ve surprised everyone and made them stay fully separate with inspiration and comfort NOT confused for romance, but alas, artists aren’t known for being sensible, so I can just pretend I didn’t see the scenes after the last burnout bar scene… because that would’ve been a great final meeting for the leads. Pity. Such messy characters are fine, but when the end makes no sense and tells nothing but going back to toxicity (or easy money/lessening his worth as an artist by being an artist for one rich asshole instead of actually doing it well with broader vision)… ugh. What a mess. This episode could have been great. Their insistence on a time jump and reunion was trash, though.

stunning cinematic sanctuary for the weary soul. Beyond the romance, it’s a poetic exploration of reclaiming your spark after the world has dimmed it. The profound performances by Off, Gun, and Dew turn a story of exhaustion into a breathtaking masterpiece of healing and hope.

Every detail, from the evocative costumes to the carefully chosen sets, adds a layer of depth to the narrative. Whether it's the contrast of a high-tech office or the messy sanctuary of an artist's studio, the production design makes the world of "Burnout Syndrome" feel lived-in and heartbreakingly real.

Every masterpiece requires patience and time. If you are feeling the weight of burnout, remember that even the most dedicated artists must retreat to find inspiration again. Your worth is not measured by your output, but by the depth of your well-being.
