I think if you liked Only Friends, you should definitely give Burnout Syndrome a chance!! These series remind me a lot of each other, in the story, which also involves romantic struggles and real life problems but also a similar lighting.

In Burnout Syndrome, Dew got in between the Offgun pair, while in Mr. Kill, Off seems to disrupt the DewTee pair (or he at least shows up in a similar enemy/rival role than in Burnout Syndrome). In both, the main characters is an artist too and the vibe seems more serious.
