Melody of Secrets

- both mc distrust their romantic partners
(snooping around their partner's house)
- SMYM is darker and MOS has lighter cinematography
- SMYM is more medicine-based to do with Euthanasia whilst MOS is more about mental health with the mc as an unreliable narrator who is mentally unstable.

Both are Thai BL dramas whereby the main character has distorted memories and thinks that he is going insane. He is unsure if he can trust his love interest.

This series is pretty much similar to melody of secrets as both of them are a murder mystery drama., with crime scene action, police, law, and supernatural elements are used. Both series is a journey of discovering the culprit behind the crimes. goddess bless you from death is using more horror and thriller concepts and is worth a one time watch.....

I think this is also a high IQ murder mystery series although it's straight.

Dr. Bunnakit is a medical examiner based at a provincial hospital. One day, after carrying out an autopsy on the body of a woman who had seemingly hanged herself, Dr. Bunnakit rules out suicide as his findings point to homicide. His conclusion makes him the target of someone very powerful.

When an anonymous man breaks into his house and threatens him to change his report to suicide, Dr. Bunnakit doesn't take this threat seriously. All that changes when one of his friends, a prosecutor, suddenly disappears. Dr. Bunnakit quietly conducts his own investigation in order to get at the truth. All clues lead to one suspect, a man named Tan who denies any involvement. Tan convinces Dr. Bunnakit to team up together in order to find the real murderer.

Both bl dramas the actors look very similar but more differences then similarities but I couldn't think of a better recommendation. In melody of secrets the main character has memory loss from a tragic accident, which limits his memories on his past lover, Tankhun. He gets a mail delivery one day with a diary that was once his. Tankhun and him meet up and find a body. Melody of secrets is really interesting so far but I'm not sure how they are going to end it.
