Disappointed to say
I really struggled finishing this show, I should have stopped when it took me four tries to start episode one. I only watched because I wanted to support the actors. The story itself was okay, interesting enough to keep me watching, but honestly, it really shouldn’t have been more than 5 episodes. Between the few scenes where something actually happened, there was just… nothing. So many filler moments that added no value to the plot. The actor who played the brother… I’m sorry, but I’ve never seen acting that bad before. It was genuinely cringy, I couldn’t watch him, I skipped every one of his scenes.
Because the show dragged on so much, I ended up watching the whole thing on 2x speed. And the OST? The same song played over and over again, not catchy, just repetitive to the point where, by episode 4, every time it came on, I felt like stopping.
That said, I did love the acting of the main characters. They really carried the show. It could have been so much better if the directing had been stronger, the potential was there, but the execution just wasn’t it. I wish everyone involved the best for the future, lots of love!

Cute but super repetitive
It was cute, but it was just a bit repetitive and became kind of boring. Like I genuinely think they could have cut the series in half and it would have been more effective, 10 episodes was too long and they just kept repeating scenes over and over.Like literally half the series is “omg villain so evil”, “omg, Armin got hurt, now he’s in the hospital” “big daddy TD will make it all better with his fat stacks and even fatter—“
The main villain is so cartoonish and camp, I actually live looool. Like, they went all the way with it, so it actually worked. He was so stupid, I was entertained.
Anyway, it was cute, but there were some parts I watched at like 2x speed cause it was a bit of a slog.

Sugar Baby & his Stalker
The priorities and pacing of the storyline is all over the place. It chooses over long fan service moments over building momentum to the key mystery or revenge motivations. Most of the so called romantic moments are anything but and grinds the story to a halt. It's also disappointing so much time could have gone to building relationships with other people in Armin's life and also fleshing out his character more.We never learn if he has any family, why it's only Phat and P'Jeed who he loves as an aunt. He never spends much time with Phat, his best friend at all or see exactly how he's helping P'Jeed live a healthier lifestyle as she treats her illness. We are never shown that Phat wanted to learn to be a chef until Armin randomly enrolls Phat in culinary school. There are moments when the show is so unintentionally funny like when Armin crashes the car from the film set and his neck length hair wig falls off to reveal his even longer neck length hair and then he cuts his hair to reveal a hair cut that's like his wig. The scene where Armin delivers his one line scene as a background actor was supposed to be amazing, but it was pretty lackluster, which made the dissonance of the scene unintentionally bad funny too. Though to be charitable, Armin's first life in his twenties is a truly atrocious actor, so in comparison it would be good, but not to the level of the reactions to all around him. The actual actor for Armin is not that bad throughout the entire show either, but not overly impressive in that scene. Armin didn't need to let Charlie feel him up to set up Sam with Charlie, it's so nonsensical.
Tada is a creepy stalker who stalked Armin for multiple decades. Tada also made his relationship with Narin creepy, exchanging sex for company favors as his boss and didn't stop until he got with the object of his stalking who he sets up a lead role for unbeknownst to Armin even though he could have gotten it on his decades of acting practice and who also ends up working for him. Seeing him him cradle Armin's corpse in the original timeline was very creepy. It's so annoying when one character asks another a direct question and isn't answered. Armin even questions it, but then lets it go for no reason when it's the extremely suspicious behavior he noticed of the guy always knowing what he's doing and where he is all the time, that he KNOWS wasn't a part of his life during that era of his life. There is no reason for him to not have just directly reached out to Armin instead of secretly following him around and manipulating his life, especially after the reveal of how Armin saved Tada from committing suicide when they were teenagers.
It's also ridiculous that Armin couldn't put two and two together that Tada is TD from the name and behavior until getting the watch gift delivered from Weinai. It turns out that Armin is into getting the leg up with Tada's resources anyways. He's not too proud to be have connections and gifts. Tada could have gotten Armin some acting lessons, which would have been helpful. The drama is strongest once Armin stops rampaging and destroying things and pushing over people, which happening more than once is really annoying, and finally settling in using his acting skills, tempering himself to be smarter in situations, while using his foreknowledge to move ahead in the acting career that he's always wanted as well as figuring out who murdered him. But that goes out the window when he starts dating his stalker. The show implies that Armin's stalker obsession was so strong that his will is what brings both his and Armin's consciousness back to the past to live a new life.
There are a few scenes between Arimin and Tada that does work the scenes where Armin takes Tada back to cook him dinner and they switch over to Tada's stalker apartment to utilize the actual kitchen, Armin telling Tada off and putting his hand around his face somehow in loving frustration in the hallway for ruining the filming schedule with Tada having the bodyguards drag off the poor props department guy, the rare actual hilarious scene of Tada's intimidating apology to the props guy, and Armin making a cute bento for Tada which even Weinai wants to try. Weinai, Tada's right hand man has perfect comic timing. The gag of him accidentally saying the actual thing that was told to him or happening in front of him is not over used and he's cute with manager Janine, no notes. Every scene with Thiwthi the step brother is the worst. I get chewing the scenery, but he was just straight up ruining it with horrible over acting.

✨My Review on RESET ✨
Far so good, we’ve finally come to the end of Reset, and I just want to share a few thoughts—no spoilers, I promise!Let’s start with Armin’s side—his point of view really says a lot. The mistakes he made in life, the choices he couldn’t take back... it hit hard. It shows us that sometimes we make the kind of mistakes we later wish we could go back and fix. But the truth is, we may never get that second chance. Instead of waiting to regret, it’s better to change now.
But here’s the twist: even when Armin does get that second chance, some things—karma, fate, whatever you call it—still repeat. That makes it even more emotional. The fact that he went 26 years into the past is WILD. Like… my head was spinning!
Then we have Thada (TD). What a sweet, caring soul. The fact that he remembered what Armin did for him as a child? That really showed how deeply he felt for him. There was one episode where I just knew he came back to the present, and boom! I was right. My instincts were SCREAMING.
Honestly, trying to review this without giving spoilers is so hard because there’s so much I want to say 😭 but yeah—this story isn’t just about time travel. The love story, the pain, the healing—it’s all so real. It’s like something that could happen in a celebrity’s life. The whole “past and present” thing just makes it hit harder.
Reset isn’t just a BL series—it’s an emotional ride full of lessons, regrets, second chances, and love that stays even across timelines.

Very Good!
This is an amazingly watchable romantic melodrama. The cast, especially the leads, are extraordinarily good. The main couple’s charisma and chemistry is off the chart, bonkers brilliant. The supporting players are also great. And everyone looks like a movie star! The pacing is also good, especially for a Thai BL, and the high-concept premise is worn lightly. This is fundamentally a deeply enjoyable love story.
My only quibble is the villain. He feels miscast, his acting is hammy and he implausibly shifts from idiot to evil genius episode-by-episode.
Other than that, this is a real top-notch production. Do yourself a favour and watch it!

One of the, if not The Best BL of 2025: Romantic, Fantastic, and the Acting is Superb!
Miracles and second chances are quite rare, so if you're given one, make sure to make the most of it. Armin faced all the odds in his life just to die miserably, and then, the reset happened. A revenge script that drives the story on a clear path and exciting plots. These factors already win me over, but having Pond and Peter as the main characters, with their incredible acting performances, is the icing on the cake! I’m dying from the sweetness and high-tension chemistry that these two have for each other.Romance is all over the scenes. This drama offers a variety of romantic scenes that build up more satisfaction and enjoyment for the viewers. The rooftop scene during the earlier EP was so entertaining. Tada slowly enters Armin’s life, a moment of flirting and an intention to develop feelings. When they quarrel, they are still composed and gentle with each other. They became so cute too when they are jealous. But the best part…
Best in execution of intimate scenes that resonate love, hotness, and allow themselves to be part of one another. We got plenty of kisses and more than kiss scenes. Yet, my favorite scene was the jacuzzi one. They are devouring each other like there’s no tomorrow.
Aside from these, the show delivered a well-written plot which were either crazy or unexpected. I still remember how fascinating it was when Armin recognized Tada as his first fan club. And Tada’s life crumbled when Armin died in his first life. That connection! Despite Armin going back to the past and walking on a thread by almost dying numerous times, there is no unforeseen plot other than Thiwthit having a romantic feeling for his stepbrother, Tada. This is so extra, but it explains how much his obsessiveness leads to his miserable path. He is such a perfect villain, but I’m laughing whenever he gets overly mad and keeps kicking.
Tada as the man of the century. Aside from being a rich and generous boyfriend, his heart is so genuine, too. He loves to treasure every single moment and even things he got from Armin. Doing such extravagant efforts just to make his baby happy. Wenai is the backbone of Tada’s gimmicks. I love the boss-bodyguard relationship. He is always in the middle of his boss’s love ideas and sometimes catches the couple in their act of love. Plus, he is supermanly and handsome too, the Superman of Thailand.
Talk about that gorgeous OST, which also added more emotion to the drama. iQIYI gives their all into producing such an amazing and high-quality BL. The casts were all perfect for their respective roles. Everyone did an extraordinary portrayal of their characters.
A beautiful ending to one of the best Thai BLs I’ve watched. I am hoping to see more Pond and Peterpan in one drama as the main couple. These two are a total gem in the industry. I can’t get over how sync they are and bring Armin and Tada to life. May we all find someone who loves us the same way Tada and Armin love each other.

Incomparable
Incomparable to other series. Simply perfect. Storyline is complex, but flows nicely, characters are well written, nature and scenery is beautiful, actors did an amazing job. Chemistry wise hard to compare to other actors who are in already established couples. Both on screen and off screen Peterpan and Pond know and understand each other that is why their chemistry is overflowing on screen. They trust each other.Since the very beginning of the series and until the ending there is very little I would change and we finally get an ending that is not forced upon us, an ending that actually makes sense to all.

Wholesome and Beautiful
For me this series is like a spring. After a long time, I have a series which brings a great story, fulfilling scene, visual candies, melodious song and great side actors too.The best feast for my eyes is obviously the handsome and pretty actors. Specially Pond, every moment with Pond was filled with beauty. He is for sure a great actor too, you can feel his acting in his eyes. The pairing for lead actors was amazing. Watching Peterpan for a 1st time, I am so satisfied.
The arc of friendship, loyalty, unconditional love, longing, sadness, jealousy, forgiveness even hatred is portrayed in a great way. I personally loved every second of series.
In this series the lasting impressions for me was, how one can love someone so much, that they even die of heartbreak. The love of Tada is not cherry on the cake, it's the whole cake.
My favourite side actor secretary Veynai, brings such a screaming moments for me and equally funny too. Every actor did amazing job. I even loved the actor behind villian, he did such a powerful acting of jealous brother, and shown that feeling behind all those action, though it shocked me greatly knowing his intentions towards his brother, but atleast it brings the justice to his madness.
Finally I can totally recommend this series, you will love it, it's more than worthwhile.
I think this series deserved even higher rate. This is my 1st time leaving a comment of any series.
I specially made account here, so that I could write how beautiful creation this series is and will be in future too.
Go ahead, watch it, because you will always crave for this series to watch again as a first timer.

Excellent chemistry and beautifully acted, BUT wasn't expecting it to be so romance-focused
“Reset” started out with one of the better and more memorable ep. 1 that I’ve seen in a long time. It was explosive, intriguing and set the stage up really well for the rest of the drama. It made you want to hit “Play Next Episode” right away. I had high expectations after that first episode, and especially knowing Pond and PeterPan did not disappoint in the acting department.Acting
The acting of the leads is probably one of the biggest strengths of the drama. Pond and PeterPan have proven themselves in other projects and they’re amazing here. Their chemistry was sizzling and each emotion was well-acted. The rest of the cast did pretty well, except for maybe Bom, who played Thiwthit (Tada’s brother). I found him overreacted and made his character a little cartoonish. But overall, “Reset” is one of the few Thai BLs where acting is not a weakness.
Romance
I was quite surprised how romance-focused this drama is. As much as I love romance, it was a little too much and some scenes and lines are too cheesy and cringey for me. But it’s without a doubt that Tada and Armin’s love story is beautiful, heartwarming and heartbreaking at the same time. I love all the kisses and both Pond and PeterPan are so comfortable with each other that each touch, each breath and kiss really convey a lot of emotions. Their love scenes are shot beautifully and tastefully, full of sensual and passionate energy. But I do feel tired of the use of slower motion and the constant blasting of the ‘romantic music’. It doesn’t matter if they are hugging, kissing, gazing into each other’s eyes, the ‘romantic music’ will come on every single time. Sometimes, I wish I could just hear the silence and their breaths (which J-dramas do really well). If you love romance, you are in it for a treat from start to finish. You will find Tada as the perfect boyfriend who doesn’t mind giving and giving and giving. I actually want him to be less forgiving and giving, and want him to make Armin grovel and beg for longer.
Plot
I initially thought “Reset” will focus more on revenge, finding out why Armin’s death happened and trying to change the past. The drama did some of that, but as mentioned, romance took up the bulk of the screen time. The first half of the drama did a good job in balancing all those elements but the second half is when I was disappointed. Two characters killed Armin in 2025, yet in 1999, all he did was hook them up? That’s it? That was so anticlimactic! Where was the investigation of the murder? Where was the revenge? After Tada became a lovesick puppy, this Chairman does not need to work anymore. The balance of business + family fights + Armin’s second chance in life is lost. I felt that the ending also did not tie up all the loose ends. What happened to Tada’s flashbacks? Why did they happen and what significance do they have to Tada’s memories? Tada never really questioned Armin’s second life story, why? Instead of spending so much time on the romance, the writers could have closed out this drama on a better note.
Despite my complaints, I can’t deny I had a great time watching “Revenge”. I just wish the second half was as strong as the first half, especially when I love the first episode so much. I might have complained about the romance, but I DO love it. The chemistry between the leads is undenying and sizzling hot. I can’t help but have a smile and grin on my face, and they make me happy (maybe just shudder a tiny bit). The acting is excellent and the cinematography is great. I love the theme song even though it’s the only song and was overplayed. Unfortunately, I can’t give this higher than an 8.5. I was hoping “Reset” would end up being one of my top 5 BLs, but it didn’t make the cut. I will still recommend this drama, but not for those who don’t like romance plots.
Other Random Observations;
1. There are many scenes of beautifully sculpted abs and torsos. Hello PeterPan!
2. Thank goodness the ugly wig only showed up in one episode.
3. I also noticed it failed to change back to the ugly wig in a few of the flashback scenes.
4. PeterPan has a beautiful voice. He can sing “Happy Birthday” to me anytime.
5. On the flip side, piano boy/singer does not have a good singing voice and I don't like Pond's speaking voice. LOL
