Episode 1 is good, I laughed out loud a few times and enjoyed meeting our leads where they are in life. That meet cute was good. Enticed me to be excited for ep 2 to hurry up and get here so I could watch the rest of the scene play out.

I couldn't agree with you more. The unnecessary SML is trope I do not appreciate. There are rarely times it is utilized in a way that is necessary to the story.
