Hidden identity kept too long but sexy chemistry made up for drama flaws
I like Hou Cheng Yue & Zhang Ji Jun's acting and know that they have collaborated before. I was excited for this drama especially after seeing positive comments on r/CShortDramas. I enjoyed this drama.What I liked:
1. Romance - Wow, that blindfold scene was sexy. Desire & lust were evident in both characters. I liked the dynamics between FL & ML with ML being slightly submissive to FL.
2. FL characterisation - She was smart & physically strong. I loved that she never wavered from bullies.
3. ML characterisation - I liked his puppy energy. The running around was funny. He had his serious moments, which I enjoyed as well.
4. Styling - I liked FL's outfits. Also the contrast between FL & ML.
5. Supporting characters - I liked the middleman.
6. Duration - Drama running time is 2 hours 7 minutes - I liked it!
What I disliked:
1. Antagonists - ML's stepmother was evil. Her son was horrible. Can't blamed solely on him because he had an enabler.
2. Hidden identity - Only unveiled at 75% mark of the drama. I wish ML had come clean earlier when confronted by FL.

Fake Disabled Male with HIdden Identity and a Protective Female Lead
The FL is an epitome of grace & elegance... the change in facial expressions of the ML is so damn amazing absolutely loved the chemistry between the ML & the FL.The ML knows how to use his eyes. His facial expressions are priceless: from puppy dog to frail to ruthless.The FL was nice also, her stubborn yet softie character was amazing!Plot - ML is seen as crippled and controlled, abused and humiliated by his mother n half brother.. FL has strong character, lost her parents n needs money to treat her sister. ML's mother is the reason for his father's death as well as FL's parents death n her sister being hospitalized n on life support system.

Who's a good boy
Another great find thanks to the amazing r/CShortDramas reddit page, casting is smoking hot, plot is very fast paced (never a dull moment), all wrapped in an efficient, no-frill direction. Hou Cheng Yue is, on the surface, your standard sub desperate poor girl who has to sell herself to save her family and Zhang Ji Jun your usual dom CEO who wants to take advantage of it and trap her in his snare, the very first scene teases a classic take on the trope, but !!! The dynamic changes immediatly when she's sent (or rather, he sents her to himself) to have sex with a poor, downtrodden crippled heir bullied by his evil rich family. Of course it's him (there is a hilarious "only in fiction" Superman/Clark Kent disguise going on with glasses and black/white styles), but she wants control in the relationship (big "only I can bully him" vibe) and he's more than happy (and horny) to give it to her. It's very kinky, very hot (both actors can kiss) with amazing choreography and fun dirty talk. I do have one regret : a very naughty part of me kinda wanted her to discover the truth earlier and play with him more, like, by cheating on him with his dom CEO alter ego, that would have been a fine, thrilling little revenge for all his manipulation, but the drama didn't go there. The plot itself doesn't really matter to be frank, we are here for another kind of "plot", but I did enjoy the psycho mom and psycho fiancee who raised hell for their sick version of love.Was this review helpful to you?
