Simple but Lovely
This is a lighthearted and wholesome romance that combines workplace challenges, golf, comedy, and, of course, romance.Nana is openly flirty, playful, and expressive, while still being surprisingly competent. Vee, on the other hand, is more reserved and difficult to read at first. Their contrasting personalities create a genuinely cute and funny dynamic, and their relationship develops through plenty of small, affectionate moments. The secondary couple also adds some variety, even if their development initially feels a little more forced.
However, the simplicity that makes the series so easy to watch is also its biggest weakness. Many conflicts are predictable, introduced rather abruptly, and resolved before they can gain much emotional weight. Several storylines compete for attention without being explored in much depth. The antagonists are especially weak: their schemes rarely feel threatening, and they come across more as convenient plot devices than compelling characters.
The production embraces an exaggerated comedic style, with playful sound effects, occasional overacting, obvious product placement, and some rather clichéd situations. At times, it can feel superficial or even a little cheap, but much of that also contributes to the show's easygoing charm.
Ultimately, this is not a series to watch for complex storytelling, deep drama, or surprising twists. It works much better as a simple feel-good romance with likable leads and a genuinely wholesome central relationship. Its lightness is both its greatest strength and its clearest limitation. Despite its flaws, it remains an enjoyable and lovely watch.

Very underrated and light hearted show with rarely any miscommunication and extra fluffiness
I'll admit I was laughing my ass off and cringing after the first episode....that initial purse-snatching scene had me rolling my eyes and ready to turn my brain completely off. But sticking with it turned out to be the best decision, because Fairway of Love quietly evolved into one of the most refreshing and wholesome feel-good watches airing right now.Yes, it has its goofy, slightly cringey moments and a golf setting that feels a bit unusual for high stakes drama.... but beneath the surface, there is genuine heart and unexpected depth. What really sets it apart from the crowd is how refreshing the character dynamics and conflict resolutions are. Instead of dragging out misunderstandings for cheap dramatic effect, the couples actually communicate,....talk through their issues and choose kindness and growth over petty toxicity. CH3 can learn a thing or two from this show about communication tropes.and can we talk about the love scenes ? very artistic and affectionate which is rare in GL. in PLS Love the love scenes feels forced ...there is no build up and they go from 0 to 100 like in 2 seconds...pretty boring. But fairway of love's love scenes are directed differently from every angle ...the angst between the couples ...the build up to making love and the staring are equally hot and cute at the same time. this again specially has forced me to look at nc scenes differently, previously it was Juliet and Juliet
The dual pairing format is another massive win. You get the soft, adorable, and sweet dynamic between Nana and Vee, perfectly contrasted by the hot, mature, and no-nonsense energy of Jin and Belle...whose chemistry and well-paced romance scenes definitely steal the show. also how weird is that the side couple is moving faster than the lead couple lol
It might not have the massive mainstream hype of every other GL on the block, and it definitely flies under the radar for a lot of people, but it’s lighthearted, sweet, surprisingly grounded, and an absolute joy to watch at the end of a long day. If you skipped it or put it on hold, it is well worth picking back up.

Fairway of Love Review: An Unexpected Win
Golf, romance, outrageous business tactics and a flamboyant chef who deserves his own spotlight. Fairway of Love wasn't exactly our preferred style of Thai GL romantic comedy, but this eight-episode series managed to win us over with clever writing, polished production and characters who actually communicate like adults. Imagine that! While Nana and Pro Vee deliver the central romance, Belle and Jin bring chemistry and intimate storytelling that deserve special recognition. So, did this sports-themed rom-com score a hole-in-one or simply earn a respectable spot on the leaderboard? am I a fan of golf now?
I enjoyed this more than I thought I would! the story was cute and predicable but not in a bad way. sometimes it’s nice to have those fluff shows to watch that just make you laugh and smile instead of stress you out.I liked the main couple together, they have good chemistry togrerher and really really liked the actress who played Nana. I’d love to see them in another gl together
my only complaint( and this is entirely personal preference) I felt the second couple’s love scenes didn’t fit the mood of the show and were just thrown in there to try to get more people to watch the show by highlighting those ‘spicy’ scenes.
I’m not a fan of golf now but I can appreciate that that they had real pro golfers featured in the show
also the songs are a bop that I already saved on Spotify!!

A simple love story
If you're looking for a simple, cute, and lighthearted love story, then this series is definitely for you!The characters are lovable, each with their own well-developed storyline, and the plot is solid enough to keep you hooked. Plus, it's a quick and easy watch, so it's perfect if you just want to enjoy something without overthinking it.
And can we talk about Nana? Because she's a REAL CEO! No, seriously, she's such a hard worker, and it actually shows! When you compare her to the CEOs we usually see in other series, the difference is so obvious. For once, it genuinely feels like we're watching a woman who actually runs her company and does her job!

A long overdue low stress GL!!
If you need a break from the heart wrenching or contrived overly dramatic GL's, Fairway of Love is a great reprieve! Low stress, good chemistry and a well constructed, cohesive and overall lovely plot.- Production value was top notch
- Music was good, fit the overall theme and set the mood well
- Some of the acting was really good but some was a little bland
- Side couple almost stole the show, they were great

AN EASY BIRDIE
Smooth swing, better company, and a view that never gets old. That's the golf life — and the GL life — we signed up for. ✨FAIRWAY OF LOVE's episode 1 "scorecard" - FOL just posted its first round scorecard and it’s a 1-under! 🏆
🔹 Fairways Hit: Yes. The rom-com energy is immaculate.
🔹 Penalties: Zero. We’ve left the high school drama in the rough.
🔹 Club Selection: The chemistry between the leads is driver-worthy—long and straight.
This show isn't just playing the game; it's changing the course record for Thai GL. Grab your visor and your snacks—we're in for a fun ride.
That's cutie Patty (Print's baby sister from QUEENDOM)! She's all grown-up now, flexing the CEO energy, and Patty's in love!
⛳ FAIRWAY OF LOVE Ep 5: Smooth Greens, Gathering Clouds ⛳
Everything’s playing beautifully right now — the course is picking up momentum, drawing more players every round. Nana and her team are absolutely sinking their putts, and it’s wonderful to watch all that hard work finally paying off.
And off the course? Even better. Nana and Vee have officially moved up the fairway — their relationship is in full bloom, and getting Vee’s mother’s blessing? That’s a hole-in-one moment if there ever was one. Everything looks like it’s shaping up to be a perfect round.
But… let’s not check the scorecard just yet. The wind’s shifting, and dark storm clouds are rolling in fast from the horizon. Nana’s dad is facing a tough battle — a cancer diagnosis that no one should ever have to play through. And on top of that? Someone’s clearly decided they’d rather see the course in the rough than in the winner’s circle. Sabotage is a dirty game, and whoever’s behind it is playing for keeps.
So we’re entering the back nine now. The greens are still lovely, the company is still wonderful — but the course just got a whole lot trickier. They’ve got heart and grit on their side, though — and sometimes that’s exactly what you need to weather the storm.
Bracing myself — and keeping the faith that they’ll find a way through this rough patch together. 🇹🇭
⛳ FAIRWAY OF LOVE — EPISODE 8: The Final Hole
 A Well-Played Round
From the very first tee-off, this series showed perfect form. Every episode was a well-executed shot — the writing consistently on par, the directing smooth and precise, the production quality nothing short of excellent. It never tried to manufacture drama by playing dirty; it simply let good storytelling find its line and run true to the cup. It didn't need darkness to create depth — just honest characters navigating life and love with their hearts in the right place.
⛳ Fairways and Good Karma
It's such a satisfying finish to see integrity actually pay off. Nana and her family played the entire game by the rules — respect, transparency, and genuine goodwill toward everyone. No sand traps, no rough play, no hidden hazards. This finale proves what we love to believe but rarely see: that doing things the right way isn't just noble — it actually leads you home. What you put out really does come back around.
🏳️🌈 A Course Without Barriers
And what a breath of fresh air — from the opening drive to the final putt, not a single moment of homophobia. No unnecessary obstacles, no judgment, no one shouting "out of bounds" at their happiness. Their love simply existed, natural and unapologetic, in a world that accepted it as just another beautiful part of life. That alone makes this series a rare and beautiful birdie.
💛 Two Beautiful Pairings
Nana & Vee: Their love was built on quiet trust — never holding each other back, always cheering each other forward. They understood that loving someone doesn't mean standing in their light; it means shining brighter beside them while each pursues their own dreams.
Belle & Gin: A different rhythm but just as steady — giving each other all the space to grow, yet never drifting apart. They bloomed individually while rooting themselves deeply together.
Two distinct paths to the same beautiful truth: Love supports, it doesn't possess. It liberates, it doesn't confine. And in the end — love always wins.
Thank you for the beautiful game. Until the next round! ⛳💛🇹🇭😊
