Lim Yoon A in talks to star in Korean remake of hit Japanese drama 'Unnatural'
Chinese fantasy thriller Love on the Turquoise Land is confirmed to premiere on November 22.
The drama is adapted from Wei Yu's novel of the same Chinese name. It tells the adventurous story of the secret organization called "Nanshan Hunters", whose members are equipped with supernatural abilities. "Mad Blade" Nie Jiu Luo and the bright, upright Yan Tuo, who has endured humiliation and burdens for years, gradually develop trust and affection after surviving numerous life-and-death ordeals while fighting against the Di Xiao.
Dilraba Dilmurat stars as Nie Jiu Luo, and Chen Xing Xu as Yan Tuo. Joining them are Zhang Li (as Lin Xi Rou), Zhang Yi Chi (as Lü Xian), Tian Xiao Jie (as Jiang Bai Chuan), Dong Chang (as Xing Shen), Su Xin (as Xiong Hei), Cherry Ngan (as Yu Rong), Liang Song Qing (as Lin Ling), Pan Mei Ye (as Feng Mi), Lin Peng (as Liu Chang Xi), and Shi Yue Ling (as Lu).
In January 2025, the drama won the “Most Anticipated Work” award at the 2024 Tencent Video Starlight Awards. Love on the Turquoise Land is directed by Tian Li and He Tan, with the screenplay written by Wei Yu.
