Choi Min Sik tries to fulfill his role as Han So Hee's 'Intern' in new teaser

Made in Korea Season 2 tells the story set nine years after Season 1 and follows Baek Gi Tae (Hyun Bin), who has risen to the pinnacle of power; Jang Geon Young (Jung Woo Sung), who has been preparing his counterattack; and Baek Gi Hyun (Woo Do Hwan), who is carving out a different path to power from his brother.
Hyun Bin spoke about how his character has changed in Season 2, which is set nine years after the Season 1 finale. "He has become bolder. The more power he gains, the bolder his way of dealing with things naturally becomes. Not only his way of speaking to people, the way he walks, and the way he acts, but even details such as how he wears his tie and the way he styles his shirt collar have changed."
He also said, "This is the first time I've held onto a character for this long. My feelings toward Baek Gi Tae are a little more special."
Jung Woo Sung spoke about his character Jang Geon Young, who seeks to strike back at Baek Gi Tae once again: "After enduring hardships for nine years, Geon Young has become stronger and more aggressive. However, what becomes even clearer in Season 2 is that both Jang Geon Young and Baek Gi Tae are ultimately like small bubbles swept up by the times."
He continued, "Made in Korea is a story that portrays the various kinds of people struggling within an organization. It poses the larger question, 'Just because you achieved the values you pursued, does that make them truly legitimate values?'"
Woo Do Hwan, who plays Baek Gi Hyun, Baek Gi Tae's younger brother, explained, "Gi Hyun has been promoted and has become more mature. He has more things to take responsibility for, and I think he has believed that he needed to build up his own power in order to protect his family."
He continued, "I closely observed the two senior actors' attitudes toward acting and life. They were always open to the director's direction and had prepared more than anyone else. I, too, aspire to be an actor who can continue taking on such great projects even 10 or 20 years from now."
Made in Korea Season 2 will premiere on Disney+ on September 9.
