JTBC has unveiled a teaser for its upcoming weekend K-drama The Apartment Job.

The Apartment Job tells the story of former gangster Hae Kang (Ji Sung), who runs for apartment association president to get hidden money within the complex, and together with the residents, works to root out corruption.

The teaser opens with a voiceover introducing Park Hae Kang (Ji Sung) as "a man who is absolutely relentless when it comes to making money and collecting debts." It then offers a glimpse of the intimidating presence of the former boss of the Oasis gang, a man renowned for maintaining a 0% unpaid-debt rate. His fights and uncompromising debt-collection methods further highlight Park Hae Kang's commanding charisma.

The vibe then takes an unexpected turn. A man named Doma Baem (Lizard), played by Kim Won Hae, exclaims, "There's a lot of money lying around in this apartment complex." Inspired by this revelation, Park Hae Kang, along with Kim Kyung Nam (Jung Soon Won), Jang Je Gil (Hwang Hee), and Keun Doong Yi (Kim Gyu Won), discovers the maintenance fund and sets a new goal in motion.

Declaring, "We're taking over from here," Park Hae Kang throws himself into the race for the residents' representative council president alongside Kang Ha Ri (Ha Yoon Kyoung) and his crew.

From enthusiastically dancing in campaign attire to tirelessly working to win over the residents, he displays a completely different side of himself from before. His earnest yet comical efforts to gain the community's support showcase a new charm and promise plenty of laughs.

Toward the end of the teaser, Park Hae Kang is seen saluting alongside his crew as he boldly declares, "We'll take the maintenance fund within three months and get out of here." The scene caps off the teaser's lighthearted and entertaining tone.

The Apartment Job is scheduled to premiere on July 11. News about the K-drama's global OTT is yet to come. Watch the teaser here.
