The upcoming K-drama Riding Life has unveiled its main trailer and poster.
Riding Life follows Jung Eun (Jeon Hye Jin), a passionate working mom preparing her daughter for entrance exam from a young age, who entrusts her mother, Ji Ah (Jo Min Soo), with the task of driving her daughter to the hagwon (academy).
The newly released teaser captures the relentless efforts of working mom Jung Eun (Jeon Hye Jin) as she pours her efforts into preparing her daughter, Seo Yoon (Kim Sa Rang), for an exam in the future. Jung Eun goes to great lengths, even using a stopwatch to time Seo Yoon as she memorizes English speech and studies. Additionally, after hearing a superstition that carrying a red item increases the chances of success in the lottery for prestigious elementary school admissions, she shows up completely dressed in red.
Taking on the riding duty at Jung Eun's request is Ji Ah, her mother. She is bewildered as she discovers the tumultuous world of Daechi-dong that she just cannot wrap her head around. Shocked by Jung Eun's mania for her 7-year-old daughter's education, Jia exclaims, "Is she taking the college entrance exam or something?" and, feeling hurt by their growing conflicts, laments, "Are moms supposed to know everything?"
Their ever-changing dynamics between the mother and daughter — fluctuating between gratitude and frustration countless times a day — promise a highly relatable drama. With this delightful mix of humor and heartfelt moments, Riding Life is set to be an entertaining and touching drama. The newly released main poster captures the dynamics of the three generations of women who embark on their riding life journey together. At an English academy, Seo Yoon is seen cheerfully giving a presentation despite the weight of expectant gazes on her.
Meanwhile, Jung Eun watches anxiously, worried about how her daughter is doing, while Ji Ah looks on with a frustrated expression at Jung Eun's tension. This hints at the conflicts, understanding, and emotional growth that will develop among the three.Riding Life will premiere on March 3. News about the K-drama's global OTT platform is yet to come.
