Kim Ji Hoon and Park Ju Hyun are to possibly co-star in a new K-drama.

On July 1, MHN Sports reported that Kim Ji Hoon has been cast as the male lead in TV Chosun's new drama Sigor Amour (literal title), scheduled to air in the second half of the year.

MHN Sports reported, "Casting for the main cast, including Kim Ji Hoon, has been finalized, and preparations are underway for filming in the second half of the year." Kim Ji Hoon's agency confirmed his participation and stated, "Filming is scheduled to begin in the second half of this year."

Park Ju Hyun was also reported to star in the series; however, her agency has yet to respond.

Sigor Amour is set in a traditional market in Myeongsan County, South Chungcheong Province. The drama follows a pragmatic debt-collection lawyer who has spent his life focused solely on survival. As he gets involved with the people of the market, he gradually comes to understand the true meaning of community, love, and family.

Kim Ji Hoon will play Ki Ho Tae, a lawyer specializing in debt collection who possesses exceptional eloquence and sharp judgment. A thorough realist, he gradually grows into someone who puts people first as he works alongside the market's residents to solve cases.

Park Ju Hyun has reportedly received an offer to play Hong Mi Jin, a former police sergeant who returns to her hometown and takes over a butcher shop in the local market.

Sigor Amour is currently in pre-production. Stay tuned!
