Kim Joon Han is reportedly starring in the upcoming thriller K-drama, which will be led by How to Become a Building Owner in Korea

On April 23, it was revealed that Kim Joon Han had received the offer to star in the upcoming K-drama How to Become a Building Owner in Korea.

 This will possibly be the third upcoming K-drama of the actor. Kim Joon Han is set to star in the new series When the Day Breaks with Han Seok Kyu, Jung Yu Mi, Yeom Hye Ran, Ryu Hye Young, and Kim Yoo Mi

He will also make a cameo appearance in the ongoing tvN K-drama Resident Playbook

Early this year, Kim Joon Han starred in the Coupang TV original series Newtopia with Park Jeong Min, BLACKPINK's Ji Soo, Im Sung Jae, Kang Young Seok, and Lee Hak Joo.

In 2024, Kim Joon Han impressed viewers in the hit series Good Partner with Jang Na Ra, Nam Ji Hyun, Block B's P.O., Ji Seung Hyun, and Han Jae Yi

How to Become a Building Owner in Korea will center around a building owner struggling with big debt. To protect his family and his building, which are more precious than his life, he decided to participate in a crime. Fake kidnapping unfolds the narrative of real kidnapping.

Ha Jung Woo, Lim Soo Jung, and Krystal Jung will lead the upcoming K-drama.

Kim Joon Han is reported to play Min Hwal Seong, Ha Jung Woo's character Ki Su Jong's close friend, who proposed a fake kidnapping in the building's empty basement to prevent foreclosure. This plan takes a dangerous turn when the fake kidnapping becomes reality, leading to several problems.

Director Im Pil Sung, who is known for creating the works Departure, Sun, Scarlet Innocence, Persona, and the upcoming K-drama Bastard, will take charge of the series.
