Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Actress Kim Shin Rok will reportedly join Kim Go Eun and Kang Dong Won in the upcoming historical romance K-drama Soul.
On November 14, media outlets reported that Kim Shin Rok also received the casting reports, just like Kim Go Eun and Kang Dong Won, to lead the upcoming K-drama Soul. Reports stated that the actress is already coordinating her schedule to join the K-drama.
Meanwhile, Kim Shin Rok's side hasn't responded to the casting news yet. On the other hand, Kim Go Eun and Kang Dong Won are still reviewing the casting offer.
Soul will be the collaboration work of director Kim Won Suk (When Life Gives You Tangerines, My Mister, Signal, and Misaeng: Incomplete Life) and writer Park Ji Eun (Queen of Tears, Crash Landing on You, and My Love from the Star).
According to reports, the upcoming K-drama Soul will begin filming after the production team finishes its casting and pre-production. The K-drama will reportedly begin filming in January of next year. However, the release date, broadcast channel, and other details have not yet been revealed.

Before Kim Shin Rok joins Soul, she will first star in the 2026 crime thriller K-drama Road with Son Suk Ku, Nagayama Eita, Choi Sung Eun, and Jung Jae Young.
She will also be part of the much anticipated movie Colony led by Jun Ji Hyun, Koo Kyo Hwan, Ji Chang Wook, Shin Hyun Been, and Go Soo.
2025 was a busy year for Kim Shin Rok. She was part of the K-dramas Love Scout, Undercover High School, and Tastefully Yours. She also starred in the film Project Y.
