Lee Jung Eun will make a cameo appearance in the upcoming JTBC K-drama A Hundred Memories.

On August 18, JTBC announced that Lee Jung Eun will make a special appearance in A Hundred Memories as Kim Da Mi's mother.

A Hundred Memories will reveal the amazing friendship and love stories of two women who were bus attendants in the 1980s. 

Director Kim Sang Ho (Thirty-Nine and Run On) and writer Yang Hee Seung (Crash Course in Romance and Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo) will work together to create the new period K-drama.

The cast lineup of the series includes Kim Da Mi, Shin Ye Eun, Heo Nam Jun, Lee Won Jung, and Kim Jung Hyun.

In the upcoming K-drama, Lee Jung Eun takes on the role of Ko Yeong Rye's mother (played by Kim Da Mi). She is the family's hardworking breadwinner, who showcases the power of motherhood. After the sudden loss of her husband, she was left to raise her four children alone during the challenging 1980s, with Ko Yeong Rye stepping up to help her in this difficult task.

The production team of A Hundred Memories shared, "Lee Jung Eun's role is more than just a special appearance. She will make a significant statement that adds depth to the series. Her mother-daughter chemistry with Kim Da Mi will also surely resonate with the viewers."

A Hundred Memories will premiere on JTBC on September 13 at 10:40 PM KST.

This will be the second K-drama of Lee Jung Eun for 2025. She also starred in the series Heavenly Ever After with Kim Hye Ja, Son Suk Ku, Han Ji Min, Cheon Ho Jin, and Ryu Deok Hwan

Lee Jung Eun is also confirmed to star in the upcoming works Doctor X: Age of the White Mafia, Knock Off, and Gyeongju Travelogue

Lee Jung Eun's recent film, My Daughter Is a Zombie, is currently a huge success at the box office.
