Disney+'s original series Gold Land has confirmed its premiere for April 29 and has unveiled a poster.

Gold Land is a survival thriller that follows Hee Joo (Park Bo Young), who accidentally comes into possession of gold bars tied to a smuggling ring and becomes entangled in the chaotic web of greed and betrayal involving numerous people.

The motion poster foreshadows a story full of twists. The motion begins with a golden logo against darkness, followed by a pile of gold bars hidden deep within a mine, gleaming into view, portraying the moment when desire awakens. The striking contrast between pitch-black darkness and radiant gold bars draws attention, while the tagline "A dazzling desire blooming in the darkness" succinctly conveys the pivotal moment of choice faced under extreme circumstances.

The drama raises an important question: "If one were to unexpectedly come into immense fortune, how far could a person change?" As characters deal with gold bars worth billions of won, anticipation builds over what choices will be made, and what story will unfold at the very edge of desire and survival.

The K-drama is directed by Kim Sung Hoon with script from Hwang Jo Yoon.

Gold Land will premiere on April 29 on Disney+ and Hulu.
