Spooky in Love is an occult rom-com that follows hotel heiress Cheon Yeo Ri (Park Eun Bin), who can see ghosts, and passionate prosecutor Ma Kang Wook (Yang Se Jong) as they team up to solve cases.
Park Eun Bin plays Cheon Yeo Ri, the heiress to the country's top luxury hotel. Though she looks glamorous on the outside and has immense wealth, she keeps her distance from the world due to the secret that she can see ghosts.
Yang Se Jong plays Ma Kang Wook, a prosecutor. He goes through a series of suspicious incidents but stays by Cheon Yeo Ri's side despite everything.
Ong Seong Wu plays Kang Min Hwan, CEO of CL Raymond Hotel, who harbors ambition behind a gentle face. While he gives a warm smile to his close friend Cheon Yeo Ri, he instantly shifts his demeanor when dealing with others.
From the relationship between chaebol heiress Cheon Yeo Ri and prosecutor Ma Kang Wook to the various stories of the deceased, it is said that the session was filled with a wide range of reactions whenever these diverse storylines unfolded.
The production team stated, "Spooky in Love depicts the journey of a woman who hears voices others cannot and a man who uncovers hidden truths, joining forces to reveal the truth behind death, and ultimately coming to love one another. It is set to deliver excitement, chills, and catharsis all at once." They added, "Please look forward to the chemistry among the actors, which will bring to life the lively back-and-forth between the ghost-seeing chaebol heiress and the passionate prosecutor."
