Kim Sae Ron's posthumous film 'Everyday, We' confirmed to premiere in 2026
Park Hae Soo is reviewing yet another offer to star alongside actress Jeon Do Yeon.
On July 10, media outlets reported that Park Hae Soo is leading the upcoming K-drama The Great Ok Suk. He will reportedly work alongside Jeon Do Yeon in the upcoming series.
Park Hae Soo's agency, BH Entertainment, shared their response regarding the casting news. According to them, "The Great Ok Suk is one of the works that has been offered to the actor. He is positively reviewing it."
If Park Hae Soo confirms his casting, this will be his fourth time working with Jeon Do Yeon. Last year, the two worked together in the The Cherry Orchard play. In 2025, the two will lead the upcoming K-drama The Price of Confession. Jeon Do Yeon is also set to make a cameo appearance in Park Hae Soo's upcoming film Good News.
The Great Ok Suk will revolve around women who decided to dispose of a dead body in the Han River after an incident to protect their precious view of the Han River. The K-drama will depict its story from the webtoon of the same name by written by Mae Mi and illustrated by Hui Se.
Park Hae Soo got the offer to play the role of Yoon Tae Woong, the head of the apartment reconstruction association. He will have a bitter relationship with Jeon Do Yeon's character, Bang Ok Suk.
The upcoming K-drama is the joint work of director Kang Min Gu (Itaewon Class) and writer Lee Ki Chul (Alienoid, Escape from Mogadishu, Assassination, and The Thieves).
Meanwhile, the premiere date and broadcast channel are still under discussion.
Before the year ends, Park Hae Soo and Jeon Do Yeon will meet through the upcoming Netflix K-drama The Price of Confession. They will work alongside Kim Go Eun, Jin Seon Kyu, Choi Young Joon, and Nam Da Reum.
Park Hae Soo will also star in the upcoming films Sad Tropical, The Great Flood, and Good News.
