tvN's variety show Iron Girls 3 has released its first poster and teaser.

The third season follows Seol In Ah, Keum Sae Rok, Han Ji Hyeon, and Yeon Woo as they venture into short-track speed skating. Having taken on a triathlon in Season 1 and boxing in Season 2, the "Iron Girls" are now preparing for their first team sport.

The poster features the four cast members standing on the ice in their short-track speed skating uniforms, joined by Kim Dong Hyun. The former MMA fighter has served as a dependable coach and mentor to the "Iron Girls" since the show's first season.

The teaser offers a glimpse of the women's preparations for the short-track relay, with their sights set on winning gold. Facing a sport that is new to them, the four members have just 150 days to train for the competition. The footage captures their demanding journey as they confront their fears, push their physical limits, speed across the ice, tackle tight turns, and attempt daring overtakes.

Unlike their previous individual challenges, this season will require the members to rely on one another and compete as a team.

Seol In Ah, whose athletic prowess stood out in earlier seasons, expresses her confidence with the declaration, "We're definitely going to win gold!" Keum Sae Rok, who displayed determination and resilience during her boxing challenge in Season 2, also shares her fighting spirit, proclaiming, "'Iron Girls' gets it done!"

The two new members are equally determined to succeed. Han Ji Hyeon confidently states, "We'll get it done in the end," while Yeon Woo makes her stance clear: "We absolutely cannot lose."

Iron Girls Season 3 premieres on November 26. Watch the first teaser here.
