The historical drama Feng Bu Qi (literal Chinese title), starring Wu Jin Yan (The DoubleStory of Yanxi Palace) and Miles Wei (In the Name of BlossomFlourished Peony), officially began filming on April 14, 2026, in Hengdian, Zhejiang. The drama is adapted from Tian Xia Gui Yuan's novel "Di Huang".

The production team held a commencement ceremony in Hengdian, and on-site photos were shared, showing Wu Jin Yan and Miles Wei in attendance. 

Set against a chaotic era in which the realm is divided into four kingdoms, the drama follows Qin Chang Ge, who suffers a backlash for defying an instruction. After her mysterious death, three years later, she reappears in the world, becoming entangled once more in a cycle of fate with her former lover, Xiao Jue.

Wu Jin Yan plays Qin Chang Ge. She is a disciple of the Qianjuemen, was tasked with delivering the artifact, the Emperor Star, to Yu Zi Xi, the Prince of Beiming. However, after witnessing widespread suffering and devastation, she secretly transfers the Emperor Star to Xiao Jue, the Prince of Xiliang, instead.

While working together with Xiao Jue to save the world, Qin Chang Ge encounters a backlash crisis caused by the Emperor Star and ultimately dies under mysterious circumstances. Three years later, a woman bearing a striking resemblance to her appears, becoming entangled once again with Xiao Jue.

Xiao Jue is played by Miles Wei. As the Prince of Xiliang, he receives both Qin Chang Ge's support and the power of the Emperor Star, eventually rising to become the ruler of the realm.

The plot blends political intrigue, revenge, and female growth. The drama is produced by Mango TV.
