Disney+'s The Remarried Empress has moved up its premiere date, with the highly anticipated series now set to premiere on November 3, one day earlier than previously announced.

A press conference for the upcoming original series was held on the morning of November 3, with stars Shin Min Ah, Ju Ji Hoon, Lee Jong Suk, and Lee Se Young, along with director Jo Soo Won, in attendance.

During the event, host Park Kyung Rim surprised everyone by announcing that the drama would arrive on November 3 instead of its originally scheduled November 4 release.

Sharing his feelings about the show's upcoming launch, director Jo Soo Won remarked, "I feel nervous and excited. The response at the Busan International Film Festival was positive, so my expectations are high. What I was most curious about was how viewers would respond to it. Honestly, I'm quite nervous. I think it makes today even more meaningful that the series is premiering on the same day as the press conference."

The newly released teaser offers a playful look at Prince Heinrey's extraordinary ability to transform into a bird. Determined to visit Empress Navier, he prepares to fly off, much to the dismay of his secretary McKenna (Choi Dae Hoon), who reminds him that "there are still lots of eyes watching." Heinrey, however, brushes aside his concerns with a mischievous wink before changing into a bird and escaping through the window.

He eventually reaches a garden where Navier is waiting. After spotting a small scroll tied to the bird's leg, she carefully removes it and discovers an announcement revealing the drama's updated premiere date.

The Remarried Empress tells the story of Empress Navier (Shin Min Ah), the perfect empress of the Eastern Empire, who is divorced by her husband, Emperor Sovieshu (Ju Ji Hoon) — who fell for Rashta (Lee Se Young) — and subsequently seeks to marry Prince Heinrey (Lee Jong Suk) of the Western Empire.

The Remarried Empress premieres with its first four episodes on November 3. Two episodes will be released every Wednesday, for a total of 10 episodes. Watch the teaser here.
