Love Me, Love My Voice

Fake it Till You Make it

Amidst a Snowstorm of Love (on ep 26ish at the moment)

Go Ahead (on ep 10 at the moment)

 Blank22:

I'm going to check out meet yourself and the Maiko one. I love Road home but was too long winded at times

Just be warned that Meet Yourself starts off really sad but it ends on a high note!

Yeah I cried when the friend died but might be because I normally really like Janice Wu and wasn't expecting her cameo to end like that.

Healing, calming, warm—all of the above.  “When I Fly Towards You” was a journey of healing for the ML who was bullied and ostracized by his own mother for being a lesser-achieving student. His self-confidence and self-esteem were shot until the FL partnered with him.  She healed his wounded soul.

Sharing with you my list of 'healing' dramas, except I called them fluffy romance haha - https://kisskh.at/list/4YWAygzL

I love your list!  Many of my favorites are there.  To me, fluffy means light-hearted, idyllic, playful.  Healing dramas, however, are a bit heavier, but can turn light at the end after the healing happens.  Healing dramas involve some sort of loss, trauma, or deep angst, and then show a calm journey towards overcoming that sadness.  You watch it and feel healed, calmed, and revived yourself.

I really like:

Not sure if I understand the meaning of healing drama right.

Thanks for sharing.  If these dramas showed people overcoming extremely difficult circumstances, healing from the trauma, and you felt revived, calmed or deeply moved as you watched—then these dramas qualify!  Regardless, it’s still fun to share your favorites.

Ah~ then maybe I'm not wrong. And you're welcome. Happy watching.

I haven't watched any Thai dramas but  might try some on your list if they have happy endings!

This definition reminds me of Hidden Love (DJX story), You Are My Glory (Yu Tu story) and Will Love in Spring (Zhuang Jie story). I watched it but don't particularly feel healed or revived, but if people can relate to their own life, maybe its a healing drama for them. Hehe

One c-novel that inspired me recently is Star Trails (Speed and Love drama adaptation). I'm impressed with the ML's backstory, and it left me with an inspiration to be a better person. So, its sort of like a healing novel/drama too? Hehe

Yes, I love thai dramas, their culture and genre is very refreshing. I enjoy listening to their language. The only challenge is the platform to watch them , mostly illegal sites (I don't prefer those sites because of ads, and I do like the convenience of an app, where you can just pause, rewind, fast forward without any interruption).

I will check out Star Trails.  I always enjoy learning about new, good dramas to add to my list.
