Yeah, it seems if you have less space to add titles on ptw, you tend to choose titles you do add more carefully. Frequently asking myself "do I really want to watch this?" and other such questions.

You are right, but there's also Seo Yea-ji who is absolutely marvellous but was cancelled for unfair reasons so we can only see her in her old dramas like this. But the same drama is also unwatchable because of the actor opposite to her, it's such a dilemma. Anyway, there's an ongoing Phillipines adaptation of this story, for now, I am watching it and enjoying too!

I see. Well, I'm still not watching it. The Philippines adaptation is interesting, I gotta watch more PH dramas. I tried watching Gameboys years ago and failed so idk what to do. Maybe go for some PH movies first.

The 80 episodes of the Filipino adaptation are kinda throwing me off O-O I think I needa watch some shorter Filipino content first before being able to tell if I can commit, but it does seem like a nice daily drama kinda watch. Glad you're enjoying it! The feedback so far seems to be surprisingly good

Haha, true that 80 episodes seem like a soap opera. It is indeed a bit draggy at places, I am skipping those parts. In general, it's a nice and bright kind of daily show, sometimes I even wish they could drop all the episodes together :)

Oh wow, I hear the original is quite dark so interesting that this adaption is brighter! Glad you're enjoying it! Savor the moment ^^

Absolutely. Most of the time, no matter how good or bad something is said to be, I think it's best for people to experience it for themselves and decide on their own. That way, at least it doesn’t linger in your mind. I hope you enjoy watching it.

Maybe its RR level is not as high as Bound by Sin or Zhang Gong Zhu Zai Shang (I gave examples from these because they were the last ones I watched) but I think it has RR characteristics. You're welcome. Hope you will enjoy when you watch it.

Same on my end. I know postimages sometimes glitches as does MDL with images specifically. I think it was 2 days ago that no images could be uploaded. I gave it some time but they still didn't show up so I checked the link and it seems to be broken (while other links I posted from that site aren't) so I reuploaded them! ^^ Hopefully they work now

Understandable, I'll keep that in mind. Both those dramas rank pretty high in the RR-scale ^^

Just had one hell of an experience with A Dream like the True Love and I'm here to share >:)

Not only is the overall drama amazing for both mini and normal series standards, it also has RR in a way I was not expecting but definitely craving! The main pairing (ML & FL) are only slightly RR, leaning more into egalitarian territory but their circumstances make their dynamic at least somewhat RR. But as for ML and SFL's dynamic... Ooooo boy, that's that good shit! Toxic and nasty but so so good!
One of my favourite type of scenes to reverse... 
Possessive evil woman. Augh, it's so so good~
Imagine Zhang Gong Zhu Zai Shang but FL is just evil and you basically have the SFL from this drama. I'll go into slight spoilers about her and ML though the synopsis of the drama already spoils it anyway... SFL is a playgirl elder princess who has a reputation for going after beautiful men by any means necessary. She pursues ML, wanting to make him her concubine but he keeps dodging her so she has his family ruined in order to use their lives to threaten him into submission. This works and thus ML is forced into being her plaything and it's deliciously disgusting.
As for how this dynamic impacts the leads... Well, obviously we have the reversal of the woman being forced to become a concubine. ML and FL weren't together but there seemed to be a mutual attraction going on so there's a lot of angst between them due to ML's circumstances. He feels ashamed of what was done to him but FL loves him anyway and tries to protect him however she can. The princess catches wind of their attraction and consistently shows off her relationship with ML in front of FL, taunting her and punishing the love birds and it's so sadistic but delightful. Like I said earlier the leads' dynamic is more egalitarian than RR but we still have RR moments like FL draping her cloak over ML's shoulders, her staring lovingly at him like a lovesick fool, etc...

ML sleeping prettily and FL being tempted to kiss him but being too much of a gentlewoman~
Last but certainly not least... it's just such a good drama~

You can probably tell from the GIFs but the quality is just so so nice! The cinematography, visuals, sets, locations, story, everything, it's very good!

I won't bore you with the details but if you want more of my thoughts, check out my spoiler free review.

NOTE: The drama goes tremendously downhill after episode 17 and completely after episode 19. Just warning you 'cause it goes into cringe, typical minidrama land and loses p much all RR elements.
WARNING: This drama isn't lighthearted. It's a pretty heavy and melancholic kinda watch but dw about the ending. TW for... obviously a noncon relationship with implied S.A between ML and SFL		I love a very obviously smitten FL staring lovingly at her man.
I struggled with which GIFS to show 'cause I have a lot but I don't wanna ruin the experience for anyone so here are some not very spoiler-y GIFs that give off RR

Also, the rare RR moments between the FL and the ML are also very cute and enjoyable :)

This scene was GREAT!! The scene before it too, sheesh that power play... She doubled down so hard on torturing him after learning he had a lover, it's so sick and I love it.

Yes and I'm 10000% here for it! I was not expecting this kind of role reversal in this drama but I was delighted to find it. I'm also a big fan of darker RR, not everything has to be fluffy and happily ever after so this was scratching an itch I've been having for a while! I'm literally so sad that the novel it's adapted from has no translation because I need like so much more of this kinda set up!

I first found the trailer on youtube and thought it was one of the recently aired Glory dramas only to find out it didn't air yet!! This just screams down-on-his-luck ML and powerful FL and I'm so so sat. Also she saves him and then gets revenge on him? Yes pls! It'll probably be mild on the RR as is usual for big production dramas but I think there's promise! That premise sound compelling!
