Prisoner of Beauty is the first Chinese historical in a few years that I've really, really enjoyed for striking a good balance between comedy, romance and political maneuvering.

Hoping it finishes strong in the second half.

The Prisoner of Beauty is just fun and I'm loving their couple interactions. It's a slow burn and it makes sense for this enemies to lovers story.
That's great 😊! I have heard/read many good feedback on TPoB, and I have friends recommending it too. I'm glad to know it has a a good balance of comedy, romance and political intrigue.  These are usually good ingredients in a historical drama.

I'm currently watching both of these and loving them. The Legend of Zang Hai is darker than I expected, but it's compelling and the production is amazing.

I'm currently watching Legend of Zang Hai. Loved it. The plot is well-structured and there's enough excitement. All actors are chosen carefully and there's no unneccessary scene. Highly recommended.

Glad to know that you both are enjoying "Legend of Zang Hai".  Just the trailer is enough to make me excited about this 😃.  I plan to check this or TPoB later!

Im not a fan of revenge dramas but I liked the ML and the chemistry between him and the FL.

"The Glory" (C-Drama) is one of my favorite dramas in 2025 🙂.  I also like the chemistry between the FL and ML 😊❤️.

Feel the same, so I check them regularly. Just a few days ago I deleted around 30 titles until I was at 325 but now I'm at 332.

I went to your ptw list and saw Legend of the Magnate, never heard about it before but it looks interesting. Wish it'll air soon.

332 is still a lot 😄.  I have 55 dramas in my PTW list now.  But I think there are some dramas that I haven't added to the list, so it could be more.

There's no definite date yet but I saw some news that it would be aired this 2025.
