That's tough because I don't know your tastes. Of the four KBLs you've watched ("Blueming", "Our Dating Sim", "Semantic Error" and "Eighth Sense"), you liked the last two (yay!) but clearly hated "Our Dating Sim", which is one of my faves.
But I'l try anyways: Three widely popular and highly rated KBLs which I loved are "Love For Love's Sake" (average MDL rating 8.7), "Breeze of Love" (8.1) and "Light On Me" (8.1).
Although I've not yet watched it, "Love In the Big City" (8.5) also got excellent reviews.

there is something about Kbls which is very off putting for me i cant sense the chemisrty or depth of the relationship the leads have
although the storylines are good there is still somethinf which feels unfinished

I felt this, I've dropped a handful cause either pacing or chemistry wasn't the best for me... But I really want to watch more!

The thing about KBLs that is most off-putting for me personally is the toxic Korean drinking culture which features in most of them. Unlike some KBL critics, I don't really care about the usual lack of snogging, tongue slurping, or steamy NC scenes.
On the plus side, I like the fact that most KBLs have a total runtime of 2-3 hours and are usually tightly focused around a single storyline with just a few relevant characters. I dearly love Thai BLs, but they're a big time investment, and keeping track of all the characters can be a challenge.
