Hmmm, how about The Legend of Shen Li? I was captivated from beginning to end! And the music is really great too. I loved how fearless the FL is. A real bada$$.

Everything you said might be true but I couldn't get past the talking chicken thing. I dropped this just now. One episode is enough. I don't think xianxia is for me. I replaced it with another drama for the challenge.

I don't remember the chicken...tbh I don't like talking animals or food (yes it really happened. See BOTW) in dramas, so maybe it was brief or it didn't register overall. I love Xianxia but I know it's not for all! Same for Wuxia.

Bromance?  It has tags of a drama that I don't watch, lol. Thriller and Psycho! Never saw this on the radar, but I see the air date is old and not updated. It sounds like you like it!

bromance bcs we can't have nice things (aka bl) in china. but so far even with censorship the romance and tension is pretty obvious. the air date is old bcs Justice In The Dark was cancelled after only airing 8 episodes. its now back and being aired in Japan. eng subs aren't available officially but we have a subbing team so that's nice. 

i honestly love the main actor's (zhang xicheng) portrayal so much i've started reading the novel it was based on: Silent Reading by priest (the same who wrote Word of Honor and Guardian)

@GMMTV: Please be reminded that my offer below is still open. I would like to insert an additional provision into the contract that Lego must be wearing this puppy thing on at least one of our dates.

I've already decided on a potential spin-off series: "SapphireNano: Two Hearts That Dance As One". Needless to say, lead roles to be played by Diamond Narakorn and Lego Rapeepong. It's the story of two idols at different agencies in the same building who start doing dance videos together - until the competing agencies get wind of it and forbid them from cooperating. Of course, by this point, they've already fallen in love. Will the agencies forbid them from dating, too?
