This looks good but intense. It’s the same studio that did My Sweet Brother-in-Law, which I loved, so I’m hopeful. 

Stay By My Side After the Rain - Final

I liked it partly cuz it felt understated and calm, but maybe too calm and not enough passion. I don't think there was ANY passion, now that I think about it.  Both leads were cute & likable and the story was okay. I admit to skipping over some of the convos Kanade had with the 2 female co-workers.  Blah, blah, blah.

I liked that both leads had some healing with their relationships with the parents by the end.

A line by Mashiro stuck with me. "The future is just built from countless present moments." 

The "wedding" arrangement was a bit odd, and ended with the dreaded fish kiss.  Noooooo! 😵‍💫 💀
