Poproszę dwie rolady z modrą kapustą ale bez klusek!p43425:
Have you learnt Polish or did you use a translator? Because you took me by surprise.
I regularly get to smell the food and spices from their cooking in the hallway. Heavenly!Indie Art Girl:
Just the smell? They should share some food with you 😉

Sadly, that's all I have managed to watch this weekend:
Secret Lover ep 10
‘These hands had to let it go free and this love came back to me’
I don’t normally enjoy break-ups, but this one was very much needed. Both of them needed some time to think this through. Their relationship started on A Tuo’s initiative and it seemed like he was the driving force behind it with Jun Xi simply following his lead. He had every reason to doubt whether Jun Xi’s feelings are real or if he was projecting his love onto him. Jun Xi is a ray of sunshine, with a loving family and loyal friends. A Tuo is actually a loner, for whom Jun Xi is everything. No wonder he was so desperate to ‘brainwash’ Jun Xi to be with him.
On the other hand, Jun Xi had to figure out what his feelings truly were. It was a whirlwind romance, he hadn’t got the time to process what was happening and he was already in a relationship with A Tuo. He clearly didn’t want to lose him, but was it a matter of love or being used to having A Tuo around? He also had to consider how important A Tuo was to him. Would he be willing to risk losing his family or would he give up on him? Coming out is never easy, but I’m glad in the end Jun Xi found the courage to confront his parents. It takes two to tango and it takes two to build a succesful relationship.
‘It’s your choice: you can either lose a son or gain a son’
A round of applause for Jun Xi’s parents! They welcomed this lonely boy into their home, never questioned the boys’ relationship, even when they felt that something was going on between these two, they didn’t pressure their son to tell the truth, but waited patiently until he was ready to talk to them of his own accord. I love how loving and accepting they were. If only all parents were like that… this world would be a better place. And when in the fruit shop Jun Xi’s dad proudly said ‘They are my sons’ - I admire this man, bravo! 👏
A Tuo’s boss tried to get him until Jun Xi showed up and showed off that couple ring. He’s unprofessional, but he didn’t blatantly cross the line, so let him be.
So the girls actually are a couple, who would have thought? I wish they showed it to us more, but oh well… At least they’re cute 🥰
I did enjoy the series and the chemistry between the main couple. Since it’s a Taiwanese production the chances of seeing them together again are close to a zero, but I wouldn’t mind another series with them as a couple.
Love Sea JPN ep 7
Things are finally looking better, to me. We got to know some characters better, they seem less irritating now. We’ve got a glimpse of that horrible father and Mina has made an appearance. I like that girl, she’s adorable, I hope to see more of her. I certainly don’t like the cousin, she’s a troublemaker. I can’t wait to see what Kaishin will do about Ai’s father and the other nasty family members. I want to see some bottoms kicked or faces slapped. Don’t disappoint me 🤞
ABO Desire eps 12-13
Okay, let’s start with the couple I like the least. I still don’t care what happens to them. We’ve learnt the story of Shen Wen Lang and his family issues. I even read some explanation from the novel readers, but I still don’t understand Wen Lang’s omegaphobia. On the other hand, it’s good to see Gao Tu finally making his own decisions and leaving the company. So far I saw him as a spineless person, maybe now my view of him will change.
Now let’s move on to my favourite couple in this series. I’ve always had a soft spot for crazy and obsessively in love fictional characters, so I like Hua Yong (sorry, not sorry). I may not approve of everything he does, but that’s a different story. I’m glad he came clean to Sheng ShaoYou about all of his lies, so they can now build a real relationship. Sheng means the world to Hua Yong and, even if denies it, it’s obvious that Sheng ShaoYou likes him as well. He’s sulking, but he clearly finds Hua Yong’s obsession flattering. Actually, he’s the one who’s got the power in this relationship, Hua Yong is willing to do anything for him.
I know they may not have the biggest budget and they probably did their best, but I couldn’t help but laugh at the beginning of ep12. Those effects made Hua Yong look like a cheap vampire 😂
One may like or dislike this series, but I truly admire their courage to film a real omegaverse story, with heats, ruts, pheromones, mpregs and all that jazz.
4 Destiny Project ep 1
Johnny Bravo, is that you?🤣 Okay, so we’ve got two episodes per story. Honestly, I thought the story would progress more in this first episode, since there’s only going to be two, but nothing much happened. It was more like an introduction, to the characters and to their relations. I guess they left all the action and horror for the next episode.
My Magic Prophecy was an intense one, and just continues to prove itself to be a superb series solidly through since the start. I cannot emphasize HOW MUCH I adore Jimmy & Sea. They are so dang sweet, lovey-dovey, and affectionate. Just the way they interact with each other in every way and how they look at each other is so entrancing.Jadeheart:
I just finished watching My Magic Prophecy Episode 9 and I agree. Also, the fight scene between Karn and Thap was so intense. I knew Thap was baiting Karn, but if I were having a similar convo with a friend, I would be in tears.

IG has no business giving me this video before noon on this Monday; Lord have mercy my thoughts are going to have me thinking sinful things in my lectures.

ngl this might be one of my favorite bl scenes like ever
I've just completed Your Sky: Uncut .Thomas and Kong did a great job in their first as main leads. Fake dating, hidden identity, enemies to lovers and crime thrillers are my favourite.
It's a typical university drama however they took the time to address a few of the social issues that arose in the drama. You will know what I mean after watching it.
Recently I started watching DMD Friendship the Reality. First glance, it feels like a dating show but it's not (or at least that's what I try to tell myself every time when they have to choose 1 other person in the house to go to dinner with) .
1 episode every 4 -5 days works well for me so I can watch other stuff. It's too heavy for my little brain to binge on. 3rd generation of Domundi not too bad.
Just finished ep 5 of Revamped from this weekend. I had been kind of lukewarm on the series since it started, but I think that might be changing a bit with this episode. It's the first episode that truly pulled me in and held me; it was a really good episode. Preview for next week's episode looks promising also, so maybe I'll have a better opinion on the series after next week as we're halfway through it.
for now I will agree that Krailert and Naran stole the show, despite Mile and Apo’s amazing performances.dora:
💯
and the scene with thanwa’s father was incredibly moving, and totally broke me.dora:
💔
Pączki (doughnuts)ZhouYanRan:
Eaten all year round, but mainly in the carnival. Big, sweet, no holes, full of filling. My favourite ones are filled with rose jam or eggnog cream.
Karpatka (Carpathian mountain cake)ZhouYanRan:
Two layers of choux pastry filled with custard cream. My aunt makes the best one, so tasty 🤤
Sounds delicious 😋 I hope to try them some day.
Miód pitny (mead)ZhouYanRan:
[don’t drink if you’re underage]
Alcoholic drink made from fermented honey and water. Usually 12-18%, warming and sweet.
Nalewki (liqueurs)
[don’t drink if you’re underage]
Many people make those at home. Made from different fruits, herbs, flowers or roots mixed with vodka or spirit. Their strength varies from 15 to 70% (yes, they can be pretty strong). Majority provide health benefits (they’re good for you).
Now you are talking my language 🙃
happy birthday to those celebrating this month!Ju Moon:
Today is my birthday, so I appreciate the birthday wish!

Sea & Keen are absolutely adorable,Ju Moon:
The way these two have me in a chokehold! Typically, I don't gravitate to
wards the super cute pairings, but there's just something about their dynamic that hits differently. You hit the nail on the head—their chemistry is simply flawless. Recently, I've noticed their absence, as there seems to be a shortage of updates about them. All I want are new videos and GIFs that evoke those warm, fuzzy feelings.
Revenged Love was a recent CBL that was fairly popular.Italophilia:
I completely overlooked this one, but it's currently rated at 8.6, which is quite impressive for a BL. I'll definitely be adding it to my plan to watch list. Thank you for the recommendation!
That was a such a fun Fan Meet. I was so lucky to score a front row seat and have that awesome view.Italophilia:
I'm so happy for you —congratulations!
speaking of love sea has anyone been keeping up with the japanese remake?iota:
Yes, see my post about two thirds of the way down on page 2243. (It's a long post, so I don't want to repost it here.) That was before last week's episode 7, but it didn't really change my opinion. Now starting on today's episode 8.
Recently I started watching DMD Friendship the Reality. First glance, it feels like a dating show but it's notDramatic Deb:
Yes, we talked about it quite a bit back when it was airing, and some of us (myself included) loved it, even though it's indeed sort of "fake reality" in the sense that it's clearly not as spontaneous as they pretend. (Keng/Namping and Thomas/Kong had known each other for quite a long time as trainees before this show.) It's also structured to move along quickly and to get viewers invested in Gen 3, which is something I really like about the show. (True reality TV usually bores me to tears.)
I love "Your Sky", too! (I gushed about it a lot while it was airing.)
Have you learnt Polish or did you use a translator?ZhouYanRan:
I know some other Slavic languages, so I can read Polish fairly well (including grammar), but I struggle with Polish spelling and pronunciation. So yeah, I confess: I cheated for spelling help.
Mr. P, you can eat fruit. or is that off your list too?dora:
Yes, I eat fresh fruit but only in limited quantities (not too much at once).
I've started on "Takumi-kun", which posted on Gaga five minutes ago.p43425:
Something I neglected to mention on the previous page: The new "Takumi-kun" series picks up where the 2023 movie remake ("Dawn of the Long Tales", on Netflix via VPN to Bangkok) leaves off, so theoretically one should have watched that first - but the 2023 movie is quite flawed, and other than Gii (same actor), it's an entirely different cast, so watching the movie first is, in my opinion, only a limited help. For grasping the many characters, the chart I posted on the previous page is more useful, and for grasping the story background, one can just read a synopsis.
I do not remember who was asking about the second episode of My Stubborn special episode, but it will be released on the 28th of September.RXinw:
It was me 🙋♀️ Thank you for the information.

That's impressive. I've learnt German in school, but I still make mistakes with the articles 🤦♀️
Now you are talking my language 🙃RXinw:
Oh, do I? 😏 Thank you for the challenge, that was fun 😄

I tried really hard to avoid spoilers, but I've got a question, now that Shine has finished airing. I wanted to binge watch it, but it seems like it's an emotionally heavy drama and I'm not sure if I'm up for it now. So, is it emotionally heavy?

@dora
It reminds me that polish (Ukrainian, German, too) overlap with Jewish foods.
Yes, you're right. Our cultures intermingled for so long, it's only natural we share some common things. For example, on Christmas Eve some families make karp po żydowsku (Jewish carp or sweet-boiled carp), which is a Jewish dish. Interesting, isn't it?
