It sounds like a lot of people in this group struggle with mental illness. As someone older who has lived with bipolar disorder and anxiety for many, many years, I can tell you it does get easier if you accept yourself and the changes it creates in your life. Also, as you learn how to find little ways to alleviate the pain, you will be able to get through it. It is still very hard but it’s possible. One reason I added the question about ”something good” is that it’s sometimes hard to focus on anything positive. But we need to remember those things because sometimes that’s all we have.
Also remember we are all here because we love BLs and have found something that gives us great joy—at least that is the case for me. Having BLs to escape to has made my life so much better.
Having people here to talk to about it is also really great. So let’s continue to love what we love and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
