my crush at first sight was a college instructor during my freshman year. when i was about to graduate, we had a mini-date but i chickened out and guised it as being busy with studies so it didn't progress. i think he was my totga as i still think of him at times. and just to set some time perspective, mr p and i might be of the same age =D
i dont believe he's my love at first sight but he might be my first love.
my last partner was my hubby, we were only together shortly as he passed away. do i miss him? occasionally. but i think it was more of a blessing in disguise as i felt freer now.

As to your question as to whether a crush is different than love at first sight, I don't think there's a general answer, as it's circumstantial and also depends upon one's individual understanding of these two terms. Or maybe it depends on how things work out: If it becomes a long-term relationship, then it was "love at first sight", otherwise it was just a passing crush. In any case, it sure makes for a good BL trope.

I think a crush is more of a liking for someone based on some attribute such as looks or personality, and it can be more easily extinguished when they do something that irks you, than if you love them. Love at first sight carries much stronger feelings that has you ready to form your life around that person and develop such strong feelings at a rapid pace that you would do illogical things like move cities after a week together or take 10 hour flights for 2 hour visits lol
I have never been in a relationship, and it is unlikely I will ever be in one lol, but I doubt I will experience love at first sight if I end up in one. It would be way out of character for my calculating thought process and overanalysing self.

Mandee (Domundi) has yet to disappoint me sincethey ramped up production quality with Your Sky. Your Sky, The Next Prince and Khemjira were all great, and while Duang with You took a little while to get going, I’m now totally obsessed. i don’t know if they can keep producing consistent winners but I have no reason to doubt Love Upon a Time will improve as we go.dora:

(We also grew up close to each other and could easily have crossed paths when we were younger. I didn’t care about that but Asian dramas seem to. lol.) Yes I see what u mean. A crush could turn into love, but more often than not it's a one-sided more superficial thing. Like all the crushes I have on BL actors!
