I get that. Both dramas are in many of the same award nomination categories so it's hard to avoid in this particular context, which is the basis for my original post. 😊
Did someone say Sammy's Children's Day was on the warm fluffy side? Cuz I thought there was torture or smth like that...? Or am I confusing it with another drama? I decided not to watch it cuz I was told there was graphic violence. Maybe that was an opening shocker to catch the viewer's interest? 🤷🏻♀️
Well, its a mafia drama so there is some killing and stabbings, but yeah beyond that its also very cute and fluffy. Also kind of funny because the mafia guy is just a warm fluff ball. Again, he will stab you 10 times brutally if he's in the mood so take that as a warning on whether you want to watch it or not. Out of the 4 episodes out though its all been mostly sweet and funny, with some sadness and then mafia action.

That describes a lot of Thai BLs. (Case in point of heavy-handed Thai comedy getting in the way of what should otherwise be a good story: disappointing first episode of "Love Upon A Time".)

I am back after some time and wanted to ask if anyone knows historic bls what I mean is like love upon a time (that kind of historical) or Mr queen (it is straight but that kind of historical)
Or like the untamed, I feel you linger in the air or love in the moonlight
That are all historical bls I can think of now so I just wanted to know if anyone knows some more (I really like this setting now)
The ones that comes to mind are Memoir of Rati and Kill to love (I really liked this one) but they're already both in your PTW list. I would love to watch more of historic bls too.
Edit : There is also Meet you at the blossom but I haven't watch it.

I have. It's quite good - and with an average MDL of 7.7, I would call it somewhat underrated.

Ep. 5 was silly games, which I enjoy much less than talent-oriented parts like acting skits - but it's still fun to watch my favourite cutie-patooties *slobber slobber*. I'm still wondering when it'll start to become a "survivor" series - or maybe it's just the voting results at the end (?).

i'm halfway through ep 5 and i'm thinking if it's a reality show or a fortpeat show, but no complaints here lol. i think they had some of the survivor parts like the dancing, acting in the previous episodes?
