anyone watching jun and jun guys ?? I'm giviing a try to this one .

I watched it  a while ago.  It was okay. I remember the actors were pretty but other than that kind of meh. Still had cute moments  and it is a short watch.  Not the best of 2023 for me  but watchable and fluffy. I forgot it came out this year lol.

Ooooh, somehow this has never made it onto my radar screen till now. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

An online friend is *finally* watching Moonlight Chicken and being won over by it.

I also just started Moonlight Chicken. I was surprised at the opening with the location being Pattaya. I don't mean to mention my Thailand trip again, but I stayed in Pattaya for three days and the show brought back the sights, sounds and smells. It's right on the beach and quite a party town too. Very busy day and noisy at night, at least where I was staying, which was in the middle of everything, plus close to the beach and night markets. It is certainly making my viewing experience feel different.

So far the show seems okay. I'll keep watching for now. :-)

Yes! We're a pretty nice group, aren't we?

I think so! 😁

Hi Aarju! I had to look up whether I watched this one or not, which tells me it didn't make a huge impression, but I really enjoyed it as a light and cute show. I'm almost always in the mood for that type of drama though. They help to balance out the serious, more intense dramas. :-)

It's not terrible, but not a masterpiece imho.
If you don't mind a very simple, working life drama, it's okay.

Netflix is kindly suggesting me a new movie called "Nuovo Olimpo". (Netflix knows me so well ghgh)
I guess it's not exactly BL, more like a gay movie and it's an Italian production.
If you're interested, it's scheduled for the 1st of November.

Here's the trailer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NatMTfOZsl8

(I'm not sure if there's a topic for it, in case there is, sorry for the off topic).

You're welcome. I still owe you like a million :D  Ohm Pawat radiating kindness and Singto being delightful counts for a lot though ;) Quirky plot is a bonus.

I'm the odd one here. Some of Daddy Jun's actions felt too much like sexual harassment to me and there wasn't enough substance to draw me back in. It's not like we have a shortage of cute guys on our screens. Aside from some vague 2nd ML syndrome I found it hard to care.

Same for me I just lost interest in it half way through, they story line just did not hold my attention.

I see, I just saw a scene in insta which was cute . So I'm giving a try

I would like to join!

At the time I watched "Ameiro Paradox" (which I really liked!), I never managed to figure out what the title is supposed to mean (literally "candy colour paradox", or "amber" in the colour sense), despite lots of googling. For some reason this question has popped back into my head and is irritating me. The kanji (飴色) is unambiguous, so I don't see how it can be a wordplay. Anyone specifically know why this is the title?
