It absolutely IS okay to link that video here. I watched it just now and enjoyed it, but I'm not going to pretend I fully understood the story and and I was left with questions. But they've got nearly two and a half million views in less then two weeks, so they're doing something right.

Haha yes in such a short time explaining such a story is bound to complicate things, but at least we got our GL, amiright? ;)
I just watched Khom Khlang Ep. 1 and might I say I was mindblown! Will we start to finally get high-quality GLs that are on par with great BLs? I'm glad to see more companies investing in GL stories. A supernatural one ahhhh with ghosts and everything! And a hot shaman woman! I'm lucky to be born in this century ngl

Speaking of animation, has everyone seen Kanamewo? It's 5 minutes, but it's stuck with me like Fantasia.
Also Khom Khlang looks amazing, definitely going to binge it when it's done airing~

Omg what is this? Is this a Yes or No remake or a different story? The synopsis here doesn't seem the same at all.
If it's a remake it has to include a masc lesbian because in the original the story revolves around her gender expression and the homophobia/transphobia she experiences because of it, including from her eventual love interest.

It's not a remake, but the concept is loosely based on Yes or No. This "Yes/Maybe/No" is based on two books by Lalanon, the same author of the book adapted to "Love Me To Hurt Me," the next Ch3 GL starring TanYuyu.

I can honestly say I already hate Pls Love. Which is a shame because the first half of the first episode was pretty decent.

The trauma dumping Peem does on Parn. Basically Peem has issues over her mother and all the rumors and badmouthing everyone does about her. Sees Parn doing something she thinks is similar and the trauma immediately makes her start to abuse Parn. But somehow I'm suppose to root for them being together. 😬
I'm even going to guess there is something more to her mom's story too, but it was probably kept from her to 'protect' her.

In the story Kim is often perceived as a guy because of her gender expression, and is sometimes called a 'tom' because of that (which she doesn't necessarily identify as, sometimes she does, most of the time she doesn't). In Thailand 'tom' is sort of a gender as well as an orientation. Tom-dee relationships aren't really considered lesbian, but also not really straight. It's kind of vague and ambiguous and hard to translate into a different culture. So whether what the character Kim experiences in the story is transphobia or homophobia is also a bit vague and ambiguous and hard to translate into a different culture, which is why I put the /.
If you mean there is no such thing as transphobia in life in general you can stop interacting with me forever from now on. I am nonbinary transgender and I got a nice dose of conversion therapy PTSD for the trouble, so that's not an opinion I care to engage with. I can just pretend you don't exist and you can do the same for me.

First time I heard about it but I just watched it and wow, so bittersweet. I liked it a lot. It really seems well thought out.
